Claims (12)
- 슈에 제동력을 작용시키기 위한 실린더장치;
상기 실린더장치에서 상기 슈측으로 연장되고, 상기 슈에 탄성접촉되는 클립부;
상기 클립부를 상기 실린더장치에 결합하는 실린더결합부; 및
상기 클립부를 상기 슈에 결속하는 슈조립부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 드럼 브레이크장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
액추에이터의 정방향 구동 시, 상기 실린더장치의 길이가 신장되며 상기 슈를 가압하여 차량을 제동시키고,
상기 액추에이터의 역방향 구동 시, 상기 실린더장치의 복귀 작동에 연동하여 상기 클립부와 상기 슈가 초기 위치로 이동되며 상기 차량의 제동을 해제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 드럼 브레이크장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실린더장치는,
정위치에서 회전가능하게 설치되고, 양단부에 볼트스크류가 형성되는 회전로드;
상기 볼트스크류에 계합되는 너트스크류를 구비하여 상기 회전로드의 양단부에 결합되고, 상기 회전로드의 회전 시 상기 회전로드의 연장방향으로 이동되는 피스톤부;
상기 피스톤부의 단부에 상기 슈측으로 연장되게 형성되고, 상기 슈와의 접촉력에 의해 상기 피스톤부의 회전을 구속하는 회전구속부; 및
상기 회전구속부 상에 형성되고, 상기 클립부가 결합되는 클립결합부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 드럼 브레이크장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 클립결합부는,
상기 회전구속부 상에 평탄하게 형성되고, 상기 클립부가 면접촉되며, 상기 실린더결합부가 결합되는 클립안착부; 및
상기 클립안착부의 일측부에 돌출되게 형성되고, 상기 클립부와 접하여 상기 클립부의 유동을 구속하는 유동방지턱부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 드럼 브레이크장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 클립부는,
상기 슈와 접하는 제1클립부; 및
상기 제1클립부와 마주하여 배치되고, 상기 제1클립부와 함께 양방향에서 상기 슈에 탄성접촉되는 제2클립부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 드럼 브레이크장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1클립부는,
상기 실린더결합부에 의해 상기 실린더장치에 결합되는 피스톤결합부; 및
상기 피스톤결합부와 연결되고, 상기 슈에 탄성접촉되는 슈스프링부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 드럼 브레이크장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 피스톤결합부는,
상기 실린더장치의 연장방향과 나란한 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 실린더장치와 면접촉되며, 상기 실린더결합부에 의해 상기 실린더장치에 고정되는 피스톤고정부; 및
상기 피스톤고정부와 연속하여 형성되고, 상기 실린더장치의 단부를 따라 상기 슈측으로 연장되며, 상기 실린더장치와의 접촉력에 의해 상기 제1클립부의 유동을 구속하는 유동방지굽힘부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 드럼 브레이크장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실린더결합부는,
상기 실린더장치의 단부에 형성되는 체결홀부; 및
상기 클립부를 관통하여 상기 체결홀부에 체결되는 체결부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 드럼 브레이크장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 슈조립부는,
경사로 주차 시 발생되는 상기 슈의 유동을 간섭하지 않게 상기 클립부 상에 장공의 형상으로 관통되게 형성되는 슈거동원활부; 및
상기 슈에 돌출되게 결합되고, 상기 슈거동원활부에 끼워지는 가이드핀부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 드럼 브레이크장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 슈거동원활부는,
상기 실린더장치의 중심축 상에 위치되는 기준원점과 상기 가이드핀부 간의 거리에 해당되는 제1설정반경을 가지는 원호 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 드럼 브레이크장치.
- 제1항 또는 제10항에 있어서,
상기 실린더장치는,
상기 실린더장치의 중심축 상에 위치되는 기준원점을 중심으로 하여 제2설정반경으로 라운드진 형상을 가지고 상기 슈와 마주하는 라운드안내부;를 포함하며,
상기 슈는,
상기 제2설정반경으로 오목하게 라운드진 형상을 가지고 상기 라운드안내부와 마주하며, 상기 슈의 이동 시 상기 라운드안내부를 따라 미끄럼이동되는 라운드접촉부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 드럼 브레이크장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 가이드핀부는,
상기 클립부의 단부를 상기 슈로부터 이격되게 탄성변형 시 상기 슈거동원활부의 내외부로 이동가능한 돌출높이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 드럼 브레이크장치.
