도 2는 차량 컨트롤러가 갖는 기능적인 구성 요소를 도시하는 블록도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에서의, 제1 운전 모드와 제2 운전 모드 사이에서의 천이 모습을 나타내는 타이밍 차트이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에서의, 제2 운전 모드에 있어서 운전자에 의한 액셀러레이터 조작이 행해졌을 때의 모습을 나타내는 타이밍 차트이며, (a)는 액셀러레이터 개방도의 변화, (b)는 명령 토크의 변화의 상태를 나타낸다.

Claims (11)
- 운전자가 수동 제어를 행하는 제1 운전 모드와 자동 제어가 행해지는 제2 운전 모드 사이에서 전환 가능한 차량에 탑재된, 회생 제동력을 생기게 하는 구동원을 제어하는 회생 브레이크 제어 방법이며,
상기 회생 제동력에 의한 상기 제1 운전 모드에 있어서의 회생 감속도의 제1 상한값이, 상기 제2 운전 모드에 있어서의 상기 회생 감속도의 제2 상한값보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 회생 브레이크 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 상한값과 상기 제2 상한값의 사이의 차가, 소정값 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 회생 브레이크 제어 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 운전 모드와 상기 제2 운전 모드의 사이에서 천이할 때의 상기 회생 감속도의 상한값의 변화율이, 소정 범위 내에 수렴되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회생 브레이크 제어 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 상한값은, 상기 구동원에 의해 발생 가능한 상기 회생 제동력의 최댓값인 것
을 특징으로 하는 회생 브레이크 제어 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 운전자가 가속도 및 감속도의 요구를 입력하는 입력 장치를 통하여 상기 운전자로부터 접수한 명령값에 기초하여, 상기 제1 운전 모드에 있어서의 상기 회생 감속도가 산출되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 회생 브레이크 제어 방법. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 입력 장치는 액셀러레이터 페달인 것
을 특징으로 하는 회생 브레이크 제어 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 운전 모드에 있어서,
상기 운전자의 구동력 지시에 기초하여 제1 요구 가속도를 산출하고,
상기 제1 요구 가속도가 0 이상인 경우에는, 상기 제1 요구 가속도를 상기 구동원에 출력하는 구동력 명령값으로 하고,
상기 제1 요구 가속도가 0 미만인 경우에는, 상기 제1 요구 가속도의 변화율보다 큰 변화율로 상기 구동력 명령값을 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 회생 브레이크 제어 방법. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1 요구 가속도가 0 미만인 경우에는,
상기 구동력 지시가 개시된 타이밍에 있어서의 상기 제2 상한값을 상기 타이밍에 있어서의 상기 제1 상한값으로 제산하여 얻어지는 값을 소정 계수로서 산출하고,
상기 소정 계수를 상기 제1 요구 가속도에 승산하여 얻어지는 값을 오버라이드 상한 가속도로 하고, 상기 자동 제어에 기초하는 제2 요구 가속도와 상기 오버라이드 상한 가속도 중 큰 쪽의 값을 상기 구동력 명령값으로 하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 회생 브레이크 제어 방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 운전 모드에 있어서, 요구된 감속도가 상기 제1 상한값을 상회하는 경우에는, 상기 구동원과 상기 차량에 탑재된 마찰 브레이크를 사용하여, 상기 감속도를 발생시키는 것
을 특징으로 하는 회생 브레이크 제어 방법. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 운전 모드에 있어서, 요구된 감속도가 상기 제2 상한값을 상회하는 경우에는, 상기 구동원과 상기 차량에 탑재된 마찰 브레이크를 사용하여, 상기 감속도를 발생시키는 것
을 특징으로 하는 회생 브레이크 제어 방법. - 운전자가 수동 제어를 행하는 제1 운전 모드와 자동 제어가 행해지는 제2 운전 모드 사이에서 전환 가능한 차량에 탑재된, 회생 제동력을 생기게 하는 구동원 을 제어하는 제어 회로를 구비하는 회생 브레이크 제어 장치이며,
상기 회생 제동력에 의한 상기 제1 운전 모드에 있어서의 회생 감속도의 제1 상한값이, 상기 제2 운전 모드에 있어서의 상기 회생 감속도의 제2 상한값보다 작은 것
을 특징으로 하는 회생 브레이크 제어 장치.
