폴리올레핀 화합물, 희석제, 불소계 고분자 화합물, 개시제, 알콕시기 함유 비닐실란, 및 가교촉매를 포함하고, 상기 불소계 고분자 화합물이 상기 폴리올레핀 화합물 100 중량부 기준으로 1 내지 2,000 ppm의 양으로 사용되는 것인 리튬이차전지용 가교 폴리올레핀 분리막을 제조하기 위한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불소계 고분자 화합물이 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(PVdF), 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드-코-헥사플루오로프로필렌(PVDF-HFP), 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드-코-트리플루오로에틸렌(PVDF-TFE) 및 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드-에틸렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 리튬이차전지용 가교 분리막을 제조하기 위한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불소계 고분자 화합물이 18 내지 30 dynes/cm 범위의 표면 에너지를 갖는 것인 리튬이차전지용 가교 분리막을 제조하기 위한 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 불소계 고분자 화합물이 22 내지 28 dynes/cm 범위의 표면 에너지를 갖는 것인 리튬이차전지용 가교 분리막을 제조하기 위한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불소계 고분자 화합물이 500 내지 1000 ㎛ 범위의 D50 평균입경을 갖는 것인 리튬이차전지용 가교 분리막을 제조하기 위한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알콕시기 함유 비닐실란의 함량은 상기 폴리올레핀 화합물 및 희석제의 총 함량 100 중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 2.0 중량부인 리튬이차전지용 가교 분리막을 제조하기 위한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 개시제 및 가교촉매 각각의 함량은 상기 알콕시기 함유 비닐실란 100 중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 2.0 중량부인 리튬이차전지용 가교 분리막을 제조하기 위한 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 리튬이차전지용 가교 폴리올레핀 분리막을 제조하기 위한 조성물로부터 제조된 리튬이차전지용 가교 폴리올레핀 분리막.
- 애노드, 캐소드, 및 애노드와 캐소드 사이에 개재된 분리막을 포함하는 리튬이차전지로서,
제8항의 리튬이차전지용 가교 폴리올레핀 분리막을 포함하는 리튬이차전지.
- 제8항에 기재된 리튬이차전지용 가교 폴리올레핀 분리막의 제조방법으로,
(S1) 폴리올레핀 화합물, 희석제, 불소계 고분자 화합물, 개시제, 알콕시기 함유 비닐실란, 및 가교촉매를 압출기 장치에 투입 및 혼합한 후 압출하여, 압출된 실란 그래프트된 폴리올레핀 조성물을 제조하는 단계;
(S2) 상기 압출된 실란 그래프트된 폴리올레핀 조성물을 시트 형태로 성형 및 연신하는 단계;
(S3) 상기 연신된 시트에서 희석제를 추출하여 다공성 막을 제조하는 단계;
(S4) 상기 다공성 막을 열고정 하는 단계; 및
(S5) 상기 열고정된 다공성 막을 수가교 하는 단계:를 포함하며,
상기 불소계 고분자 화합물은 상기 폴리올레핀 화합물 100 중량부 기준으로 1 내지 2,000 ppm의 양으로 사용되는 것인 리튬이차전지용 가교 폴리올레핀 분리막의 제조방법.
