Claims (22)
- 주 결정 상으로서 리튬 실리케이트 및 추가 결정 상으로서 저온형 석영을 포함하는, 리튬 실리케이트-저온형 석영 유리 세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 59.0 내지 79.0, 바람직하게는 64.0 내지 78.0, 특히 바람직하게는 64.0 내지 76.0 wt.-%의 SiO2 또는 68.0 내지 79.0, 바람직하게는 69.0 내지 78.0, 특히 바람직하게는 70.0 내지 76.0 wt.-%의 SiO2를 포함하는 유리 세라믹.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 8.0 내지 15.0, 바람직하게는 9.0 내지 14.0, 특히 바람직하게는 10.0 내지 13.5 wt.-%의 Li2O를 포함하는 유리 세라믹.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0 내지 9.0, 바람직하게는 2.0 내지 6.0, 특히 바람직하게는 3.0 내지 5.0 wt.-%의 P2O5를 포함하는 유리 세라믹.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1.0 내지 8.0, 바람직하게는 2.0 내지 7.0 wt.-%의, K2O, Na2O, Rb2O, Cs2O 및 그의 혼합물의 군으로부터 선택된 1가 원소의 산화물 MeI 2O를 포함하는 유리 세라믹.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0 내지 5.0, 바람직하게는 1.0 내지 4.0, 특히 바람직하게는 2.0 내지 3.5 wt.-%의 K2O를 포함하는 유리 세라믹.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1.0 내지 9.0, 바람직하게는 2.0 내지 8.0, 특히 바람직하게는 3.0 내지 7.0 wt.-%의, CaO, MgO, SrO, ZnO 및 그의 혼합물의 군으로부터 선택된 2가 원소의 산화물 MeIIO를 포함하는 유리 세라믹.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1.0 내지 6.0, 특히 1.5 내지 6.0, 바람직하게는 2.0 내지 5.5, 특히 바람직하게는 3.1 내지 5.5, 매우 특히 바람직하게는 3.4 내지 5.0 wt.-%의 MgO를 포함하는 유리 세라믹.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0 내지 8.0, 바람직하게는 1.0 내지 7.0, 특히 바람직하게는 2.0 내지 6.5 wt.-%의, Al2O3, B2O3, Y2O3, La2O3, Ga2O3, In2O3 및 그의 혼합물의 군으로부터 선택된 3가 원소의 산화물 MeIII 2O3을 포함하는 유리 세라믹.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1.0 내지 6.0, 바람직하게는 2.0 내지 5.0 wt.-%의 Al2O3을 포함하는 유리 세라믹.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, SiO2 및 Li2O를 2.2 내지 4.1, 바람직하게는 2.2 내지 3.8, 특히 바람직하게는 2.2 내지 3.5의 범위의 몰비로 포함하는 유리 세라믹.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주 결정 상으로서 리튬 디실리케이트 또는 리튬 메타실리케이트, 바람직하게는 주 결정 상으로서 리튬 디실리케이트를 포함하는 유리 세라믹.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 20 wt.-%, 바람직하게는 25 내지 55 wt.-%, 특히 바람직하게는 30 내지 55 wt.-%의 리튬 디실리케이트 결정을 갖는 유리 세라믹.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.2 내지 28 wt.-%, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 25 wt.-%의 저온형 석영을 갖는 유리 세라믹.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유리 세라믹의 성분을 포함하는 출발 유리.
- 제14항에 있어서, 리튬 메타실리케이트, 리튬 디실리케이트 및/또는 저온형 석영의 결정화를 위한 핵을 포함하는 출발 유리.
- 유리 세라믹 및 출발 유리가 분말, 입상물, 블랭크 또는 치아 복원물의 형태로 존재하는 것인, 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유리 세라믹 또는 제15항 또는 제16항에 따른 출발 유리.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 따른 출발 유리를 700° 내지 900℃의 범위로 적어도 하나의 열 처리에 적용하는, 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유리 세라믹의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,
(a) 출발 유리를 400 내지 600℃의 온도에서 열 처리에 적용하여 핵을 가진 출발 유리를 형성시키도록 하고,
(b) 상기 핵을 가진 출발 유리를 700 내지 900℃의 온도에서 열 처리에 적용하여 리튬 디실리케이트-저온형 유리 세라믹을 형성시키도록 하는 방법. - 치과용 재료로서, 바람직하게는 치아 복원물을 코팅하기 위한, 특히 바람직하게는 치아 복원물의 제조를 위한 제1항 내지 제14항 및 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유리 세라믹 또는 제15항, 제16항 또는 제17항에 따른 출발 유리의 용도.
- 제20항에 있어서, 가압성형 또는 기계가공에 의해 유리 세라믹에 원하는 치아 복원물, 특히 브릿지, 인레이, 온레이, 베니어, 지대치, 부분 크라운, 크라운 또는 패싯의 형상을 제공하는 것인, 치아 복원물의 제조를 위한 용도.
- 가압성형 또는 기계가공에 의해, 특히 CAD/CAM 공정 동안에 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유리 세라믹에 원하는 치아 복원물의 형상을 제공하는 것인, 치아 복원물, 특히 브릿지, 인레이, 온레이, 베니어, 지대치, 부분 크라운, 크라운 또는 패싯의 제조 방법.
