- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 응고제가 소수성 이산화규소를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 폴리머 분산물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산물의 적어도 하나의 폴리머가 아크릴레이트 폴리머이고, 가장 적합하게는 상기 분산물이 적어도 두 개의 아크릴레이트 폴리머, 또는 상이한 유형의 적어도 두 개의 아크릴레이트 모노머로 이루어진 코폴리머를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 폴리머 분산물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산물에 포함된 응집물 또는 응집물들이 철 및/또는 알루미늄 화합물 또는 화합물들, 예컨대 산화철, 산화알루미늄 또는 수산화알루미늄, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 폴리머 분산물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 응집물 중 미립 철 화합물 및 알루미늄 화합물의 중량비가 1:99―1:1의 범위 내, 예를 들어 1:50―1:2, 바람직하게는 1:9―1:3 범위 내임을 특징으로 하는, 폴리머 분산물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산물의 건조 물질 함량이 분산물의 중량으로부터 계산하여 적어도 55%, 가장 적합하게는 60―75%이고, 이 경우에 폴리머 분산물이 상기 분산물을 기계적으로 적용함으로써 기재 상에 코팅을 형성하기에 적합함을 특징으로 하는, 폴리머 분산물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리머 부분이 적어도 두 개의 폴리머 분산물로 형성된 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 폴리머들은 상이한 평균 입도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 폴리머 분산물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산물이, 서로 혼합되는, 제1 입도를 갖는 제1 폴리머, 및 제2 입도를 갖는 제2 폴리머를 포함하고, 이 경우에 상기 제1 및 제2 입도 사이의 비가 2:1―25:1, 가장 적합하게는 대략 3:1―10:1임을 특징으로 하는, 폴리머 분산물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산물이, 서로 혼합되는, 아크릴레이트 폴리머, 특히 아크릴레이트 코폴리머를 포함하는, 폴리머 입도가 대략 500±50 nm인 제1 폴리머, 및 폴리머 입도가 대략 100±10 nm인, 제2 아크릴레이트 폴리머, 특히 아크릴레이트 코폴리머를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 폴리머 분산물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 본질적으로 유기 용매를 함유하지 않고, 특히 폴리머 분산물의 분산 매질이 물임을 특징으로 하는, 폴리머 분산물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산된 물질 100 중량부에 대해,
― 70―90 중량부의 아크릴레이트 폴리머, 특히 두 개의 아크릴레이트 폴리머의 혼합물,
― 5―15 중량부의 고체 물질 입자, 예컨대 산화철, 산화알루미늄 또는 이들의 혼합물, 및
― 0.1―5 중량부의 응고제, 예컨대 이산화규소, 소수성 이산화규소 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 폴리머 분산물. - 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리머 분산물의 입도의 다분산성 지수가 2 초과임을 특징으로 하는, 폴리머 분산물.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리머 분산물을 제조하는 방법으로서,
― 계면활성제를 사용하여 물에 분산되는 적어도 두 개의 폴리머를 포함하는 폴리머 분산물을 생성시키고, 상기 폴리머의 입자는 상이한 크기를 갖고,
― 금속 화합물 입자 및 응고제를 혼합하면서 상기 폴리머 분산물에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제16항에 있어서, 폴리머 분산물이 제1 폴리머로 형성된 분산물 및 제2 폴리머로 형성된 분산물을 서로 혼합함으로써 생성되고, 이 경우에 상기 폴리머는 상이한 평균 입도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서, 분산물의 pH 값이 금속 화합물 입자 및 응고제의 첨가 동안에, 상기 분산물로부터 폴리머 및 상기 금속 화합물 입자의 고화가 일어나는 pH 범위 밖에 있는 pH 값에서 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산물의 pH 값이 금속 화합물 입자 및 응고제를 첨가하는 동안, 폴리머 분산물이 음이온적으로 안정화되는 시점에서, 7 초과인 값으로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산물의 pH 값이 금속 화합물 입자 및 응고제를 첨가하는 동안, 폴리머 분산물이 양이온적으로 안정화되는 시점에서, 6.5 미만인 값으로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분산물에 상기 분산물 100 중량부당 1―75 중량부의 충전제를 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안정한 분산물을 형성하기 위해 생성된 분산물을 균질화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 화합물 입자가 금속 산화물 또는 금속 설페이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
― 제1 폴리머 및 제2 폴리머의 폴리머 분산물의 혼합물을 형성시키되, 상기 제1 폴리머는 아크릴레이트 폴리머, 특히 아크릴레이트 코폴리머를 포함하고, 이의 폴리머 입도는 대략 500±50 nm이고, 상기 제2 폴리머는 아크릴레이트 폴리머, 특히 아크릴레이트 코폴리머를 포함하고, 이의 폴리머 입도는 대략 100±10 nm이고,
― 이에 따라 얻어진 상기 혼합물에, 혼합하면서 철 또는 알루미늄 화합물, 또는 이들의 혼합물, 뿐만 아니라 이산화규소 또는 소수성 이산화규소, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
