Claims (1)
- 에어로젤을 소수화처리하는 제 1단계;
상기 제 1단계의 소수화처리된 에어로젤에 수분산제와 바인딩제를 혼합하는 제 2단계;
상기 제 2단계의 혼합물에 유리섬유를 함침하는 제 3단계; 및
상기 제 3단계의 유리섬유를 과열증기로 건조하는 제 4단계;
를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 제 2단계에서,
글래스버블을 더 포함하여 혼합되고,
상기 제 4단계에서,
상기 과열증기는,
140 내지 160℃이며,
상기 제 3단계에서,
상기 함침시간은 30분인 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 제 2단계의 소수화처리된 에어로젤은 열전도도가 0.02 - 0.07 W/mK이고, 세공직경(pore diameter)이 20-50 nm이며, 기공도가 90 내지 99%이고, 겉보기 밀도가 100-200 kg/m3이고, 내열도가 600℃인 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 제 4단계의 건조는 2시간 동안 이루어지며,
상기 제 2단계에서,
상기 글라스버블 70중량부에 상기 수분산제로 프로판올 100중량부 및 상기 바인딩제로 폴리디메틸실록산 5중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관용 단열재 제조방법.
