Claims (20)
- 하기 화학식 I에 따른 구조를 갖는 화합물:
상기 화학식에서,
R1, R4 및 R5는 독립적으로 비축합 아릴, 비축합 헤테로아릴 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고;
L은 결합, 비축합 아릴, 비축합 헤테로아릴 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며;
X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, Y1, Y2 및 Y3은 각각 독립적으로 CR 및 N으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며;
Y1, Y2 및 Y3 중 2 이상은 N이고;
각각의 R은 동일 또는 상이할 수 있고, 독립적으로 수소, 중수소, 비축합 아릴, 비축합 헤테로아릴 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된다. - 제1항에 있어서, R1은 페닐, 비페닐, 터페닐, 테트라페닐, 펜타페닐, 피리딘, 페닐 피리딘 및 피리딜 페닐로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, L은 페닐, 피리딜, 비페닐, 터페닐 및 결합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, R4는 페닐, 피리딜, 비페닐 및 터페닐로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, R5는 페닐, 피리딜, 비페닐 및 터페닐로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 화합물.
- 제1항의 화합물을 포함하는 제제.
- 애노드;
캐소드; 및
애노드와 캐소드 사이에 배치되며, 하기 화학식 I에 따른 구조를 갖는 화합물을 더 포함하는 유기층
을 포함하는 제1 유기 발광 소자를 포함하는 제1 소자:
상기 화학식에서,
R1, R4 및 R5는 독립적으로 비축합 아릴, 비축합 헤테로아릴 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고;
L은 결합, 비축합 아릴, 비축합 헤테로아릴 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며;
X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, Y1, Y2 및 Y3은 각각 독립적으로 CR 및 N으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며;
Y1, Y2 및 Y3 중 2 이상은 N이고;
각각의 R은 동일 또는 상이할 수 있고, 독립적으로 수소, 중수소, 비축합 아릴, 비축합 헤테로아릴 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된다. - 제14항에 있어서, 유기 발광 소자인 제1 소자.
- 제14항에 있어서, 조명 패널(lighting panel)을 포함하는 제1 소자.
- 제14항에 있어서, 유기층은 발광층이며, 화학식 I의 화합물은 호스트인 제1 소자.
- 제14항에 있어서, 유기층은 차단층이며, 화학식 I을 갖는 화합물은 유기층 내 차단 물질인 제1 소자.
- 제14항에 있어서, 하기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 이상의 리간드, 또는 리간드가 2좌(bidentate) 초과시에는 리간드의 일부를 갖는 전이 금속 착물을 포함하는 발광 도펀트인 제1 도펀트 물질을 더 포함하는 제1 소자:
상기 화학식에서,
Ra, Rb 및 Rc는 일치환, 이치환, 삼치환 또는 사치환을 나타낼 수 있고;
Ra, Rb 및 Rc는 독립적으로 수소, 중수소, 할라이드, 알킬, 시클로알킬, 헤테로알킬, 아릴알킬, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 아미노, 실릴, 알케닐, 시클로알케닐, 헤테로알케닐, 알키닐, 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 아실, 카르보닐, 카르복실산, 에스테르, 니트릴, 이소니트릴, 설파닐, 설피닐, 설포닐, 포스피노 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며;
Ra, Rb 및 Rc 중 2개의 인접한 치환기는 임의로 결합하여 축합환을 형성하거나 다좌(multidentate) 리간드를 형성한다.
