Description
도 2는 실시형태의 알루미늄 합금재에서 결정립 상태를 나타내는 개략도로서, (a)는 두께 위치(D)에 존재하는 결정립 상태, (b)는 두께 중심 위치(C)에 존재하는 결정립 상태를 나타낸다.
도 3은 내굴곡 피로 특성을 측정하는 장치의 개략도이다.
도 4는 실시예 1의 알루미늄 합금 선재의 장변 방향으로 평행인 단면을 나타내는 SIM 화상이다.
도 5는 실시예 1의 알루미늄 합금 선재의 장변 방향으로 수직인 단면에서, 선재 표면으로부터 선경의 1/20에 해당하는 두께 위치의 부분을 나타내는 SIM 화상이다.

Claims (9)
- 질량%로 Mg: 0.20∼1.80%, Si: 0.20∼2.00% 및 Fe: 0.01∼1.50%를 함유하고, 더욱이, Cu, Ag, Zn, Ni, Ti, Co, Au, Mn, Cr, V, Zr 및 Sn의 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소: 합계로 0.00∼2.00%를 함유하며, 잔부가 Al 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지는 합금 조성을 갖는 알루미늄 합금재로서, 결정립이 일방향으로 따라 연재된 섬유형 금속 조직을 갖고, 상기 결정립이 연재하는 장변 방향으로 수직인 알루미늄 합금재의 단면에서, 상기 알루미늄 합금재의 표면으로부터 상기 알루미늄 합금재 두께의 1/20에 해당하는 두께 위치(D)에 존재하는 결정립에서의 평균 결정립 지름(R1)이 400㎚ 이하이며, 또한, 상기 알루미늄 합금재의 두께 중심 위치(C)에 존재하는 결정립에서의 평균 결정립 지름(R2)의 상기 두께 위치(D)에서의 상기 평균 결정립 지름(R1)에 대한 비(R2/R1)가 1.8이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 합금재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 결정립이 연재하는 장변 방향으로 평행인 알루미늄 합금재의 단면에서, 상기 두께 위치(D)에 존재하는 결정립은 상기 장변 방향으로 측정한 장변 방향 치수(L1)와, 상기 장변 방향으로 수직인 방향으로 측정한 단변 방향 치수(L2)의 비(L1/L2)가 10이상인 알루미늄 합금재. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 합금재가 선재인 알루미늄 합금재. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 선재의 선경이 0.01∼1.50㎜인 알루미늄 합금재. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 합금재가 판재인 알루미늄 합금재. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 판재의 판 두께가 0.02∼2.00㎜인 알루미늄 합금재. - 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 알루미늄 합금재를 사용한 케이블.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 알루미늄 합금재를 사용한 전선.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 알루미늄 합금재를 사용한 스프링 부재.
