Description
Claims (14)
- 과산화수소 수용액, 아세트산 용액, 및 1-하이드록시에틸리덴-1,1-디포스폰산을 함유하는 물질을 혼합하는 공정을 포함하는, 식품 첨가물로서 사용되는 과아세트산 조성물의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 과산화수소 수용액이, 알루미늄을 10 ㎍/㎏ 이상 함유하고, 또한 과산화수소를 30 ∼ 40 질량% 함유하는, 상기 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
추가로, 상기 과산화수소 수용액이, 철을 50 ㎍/㎏ 이하 함유하고, 또한 PO4 3- 을 50 ㎎/㎏ 이하 함유하는, 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 아세트산 용액이, 알루미늄을 10 ㎍/㎏ 이상 함유하고, 철을 50 ㎍/㎏ 이하 함유하고, PO4 3- 을 50 ㎎/㎏ 이하 함유하고, 또한 아세트산을 90 ∼ 99.99 질량% 함유하는, 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 1-하이드록시에틸리덴-1,1-디포스폰산을 함유하는 물질이, 알루미늄을 10 ㎍/㎏ 이상 함유하고, 철을 7 ㎎/㎏ 이하 함유하고, PO4 3- 을 50 ㎎/㎏ 이하 함유하고, 또한 1-하이드록시에틸리덴-1,1-디포스폰산을 55 ∼ 65 질량% 함유하는, 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 공정에 있어서 혼합하는 온도가, 25 ∼ 35 ℃ 인, 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 공정에 있어서 혼합하는 시간이, 60 분 이하인, 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 공정에 있어서 혼합을 한 후에, 1 일 이상 정치하는, 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
추가로, 얻어진 과아세트산 조성물을 물로 희석하는 공정을 포함하는, 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 식품 첨가물로서 사용되는 과아세트산 조성물의 제조 방법에 사용되는 제조 장치로서,
과산화수소 용액, 아세트산 용액, 및 1-하이드록시에틸리덴-1,1-디포스폰산을 함유하는 물질을 혼합하고, 교반하여 용해시키기 위한 혼합 가마, 과산화수소 수용액 투입 장치, 용해시킨 빙초산 투입 장치, 및 1-하이드록시에틸리덴-1,1-디포스폰산 투입 장치를 갖는, 식품 첨가물로서 사용되는 과아세트산 조성물을 제조하는 제조 장치. - 알루미늄을 50 ㎍/㎏ 이상 함유하고, 철을 300 ㎍/㎏ 이하 함유하고, PO4 3- 을 200 ㎎/㎏ 이하 함유하고, 또한 과산화수소 환산으로 전체 과산화물 농도가 10 ∼ 18 질량% 인, 식품 첨가물로서 사용되는 과아세트산 조성물.
- 알루미늄을 25 ㎍/㎏ 이상 함유하고, 철을 20 ㎍/㎏ 이하 함유하고, PO4 3- 을 15 ㎎/㎏ 이하 함유하고, 또한 과산화수소 환산으로 전체 과산화물 농도가 5 ∼ 12 질량% 인, 식품 첨가물로서 사용되는 과아세트산 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
평형 정수가 2 이상인, 과아세트산 조성물. - 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,
인화점을 갖지 않는, 과아세트산 조성물. - 제 10 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 과아세트산 조성물과, 식품을 접촉시키는, 식품의 살균 방법.
