- 음극 집전체; 및
상기 음극 집전체 상에 형성되고 이차전지용 음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극 활물질층을 포함하고,
상기 이차전지용 음극 활물질은 천연 흑연을 포함하고, 구형화도가 0.58 내지 1이고, 탭 밀도가 1.08g/cc 내지 1.32g/cc이며, 입경 분포에 있어서 최대 입경 Dmax와 최소 입경 Dmin의 차이인 Dmax-Dmin이 16㎛ 내지 19㎛인, 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이차전지용 음극 활물질의 평균 입경(D50)은 8㎛ 내지 16㎛인, 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이차전지용 음극 활물질의의 구형화도는 0.76 내지 1인, 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이차전지용 음극 활물질의 탭 밀도가 1.16g/cc 내지 1.24g/cc인, 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이차전지용 음극 활물질의 입경 분포에 있어서 최대 입경 Dmax와 최소 입경 Dmin의 차이인 Dmax-Dmin이 17㎛ 내지 18.5㎛인, 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이차전지용 음극 활물질은 상기 천연 흑연 상에 형성된 탄소 코팅층을 더 포함하는, 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 탄소 코팅층은 소프트 카본을 포함하는, 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 이차전지용 음극 활물질은 상기 탄소 코팅층을 3.5중량% 내지 8중량%로 포함하는, 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 따른 이차전지용 음극;
상기 이차전지용 음극에 대향하는 양극;
상기 이차전지용 음극 및 상기 양극 사이에 개재되는 분리막; 및
전해질을 포함하는, 리튬 이차전지.
- 인편상 천연 흑연 원재료의 입경 분포를 조절하는 단계;
상기 입경 분포가 조절된 인편상 천연 흑연 원재료를 조립화하는 단계; 및
상기 조립화된 천연 흑연의 입경 분포를 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 음극 활물질의 제조 방법이며,
상기 음극 활물질은 천연 흑연을 포함하고, 구형화도가 0.58 내지 1이고, 탭 밀도가 1.08g/cc 내지 1.32g/cc이며, 입경 분포에 있어서 최대 입경 Dmax와 최소 입경 Dmin의 차이인 Dmax-Dmin이 16㎛ 내지 19㎛인, 이차전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 조립화된 천연 흑연의 입경 분포를 조절하는 단계 이후에 천연 흑연 상에 탄소 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 이차전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
