Description
도 2는 액적 디지털 PCR을 통해 혈소판, 백혈구 연층 및 엑소좀에서 PMAIP1의 발현을 측정한 결과를 나타내는 도이다.
도 3은 RNA 시퀀싱을 통해 다양한 암종을 가진 암환자의 혈소판에서 CD69의 발현을 분석한 결과를 나타내는 도이다.
도 4는 RNA 시퀀싱을 통해 다양한 암종을 가진 암환자의 혈소판에서 PMAIP1의 발현을 분석한 결과를 나타내는 도이다.

- PMAIP1(Phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate-induced protein 1)을 포함하는, 암 진단용 바이오 마커 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 CD69(Cluster of differentiation 69)를 더 포함하는, 암 진단용 바이오 마커 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 암은 위암(gastric cancer), 유방암(breast cancer), 폐암(lung cancer), 간암(liver cancer), 혈액암(blood cancer), 뼈암(bone cancer), 췌장암(pancreatic cancer), 피부암(skin cancer), 머리 또는 목암(head or neck cancer), 피부 또는 안구 흑색종(cutaneous or intraocular melanoma), 자궁육종(uterine sarcoma), 난소암(ovarian cancer), 직장암(rectal cancer), 항문암(anal cancer), 대장암(colon cancer), 난관암(fallopian tube carcinoma), 자궁내막암(endometrial carcinoma), 자궁경부암(cervical cancer), 소장암(small intestine cancer), 내분비암(endocrine cancer), 갑상선암(thyroid cancer), 부갑상선암(parathyroid cancer), 신장암(adrenal cancer), 연조직종양(soft tissue tumor), 요도암(urethral cancer), 전립선암(prostate cancer), 기관지암(bronchogenic cancer), 담관암(Common bile duct cancer), 신경내분비종양(neuroendocrine tumor) 및 골수암(bone marrow tumor)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상인, 암 진단용 바이오 마커 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 PMAIP1은 암을 가진 개체에서 발현이 억제되는 것인, 암 진단용 바이오 마커 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 CD69는 암을 가진 개체에서 발현이 억제되는 것인, 암 진단용 바이오 마커 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 PMAIP1은 혈소판에 존재하는 것인, 암 진단용 바이오 마커 조성물.
- PMAIP1 또는 이를 코딩하는 유전자의 발현을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는, 암 진단용 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 CD69 또는 이를 코딩하는 유전자의 발현을 측정하는 제제를 더 포함하는, 암 진단용 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 발현을 측정하는 제제는 PMAIP1에 특이적으로 결합하는 올리고펩타이드, 모노클로날 항체, 폴리클로날 항체, 키메릭(chimeric) 항체, 리간드, PNA(Peptide nucleic acid) 또는 앱타머(aptamer)인, 암 진단용 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 발현을 측정하는 제제는 PMAIP1를 코딩하는 유전자에 특이적으로 결합하는 안티센스 올리고뉴클레오티드, 프라이머 쌍 또는 프로브인, 암 진단용 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 암 진단은 혈소판에서 PMAIP1 또는 이를 코딩하는 유전자의 발현을 측정하는 것인, 암 진단용 조성물.
- 제7항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 포함하는 암 진단 키트.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 암 진단 키트는 RT-PCR 키트, 디지털 PCR 키트, DNA 칩 키트 또는 단백질 칩 키트인, 암 진단 키트.
- 생물학적 시료에서 PMAIP1 또는 이를 코딩하는 유전자의 발현을 측정하는 단계를 포함하는, 암 진단에 대한 정보 제공 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 CD69 또는 이를 코딩하는 유전자의 발현을 측정하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 암 진단에 대한 정보 제공 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 생물학적 시료는 혈소판인, 암 진단에 대한 정보 제공방법.
- (a) 실험군인 생물학적 시료에 스크리닝하고자 하는 대상 물질을 처리하는 단계;
(b) 상기 (a) 단계의 실험군과 대상 물질을 처리하지 않은 대조군에서 PMAIP1 또는 이를 코딩하는 유전자의 발현을 측정하여 비교하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 (b) 단계 비교 결과, 대조군과 비교하여 실험군의 PMAIP1 또는 이를 코딩하는 유전자의 발현을 증가시키는 대상 물질을 선별하는 단계;를 포함하는 암 치료제의 스크리닝 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,
상기 생물학적 시료는 혈소판인, 암 치료제의 스크리닝 방법.
