Claims (1)
- 전자 팽창 밸브(131)의 작동 상태를 조절하는 매개변수 작동 모듈(11);
전자 팽창 밸브(131) 및 그에 연결되어 냉매가 유동되는 모듈로부터 탐지된 다채널 온도 센서(141)와 구간 압력 센서(142)로부터 탐지된 탐지 정보를 분석하는 매개변수 분석 모듈(12); 및
매개변수에 따른 전자 팽창 밸브(131)의 작동 상태를 실시간으로 작동 매개변수로 피드백을 시키는 피드백 모듈(15)을 포함하고,
다채널 온도 센서(141)는 냉동 또는 냉장 공간의 서로 다른 위치에 배치되어 서로 다른 위치의 온도 변화로부터 냉동 또는 냉장 공간의 온도 분포 곡선이 만들어지고, 상기 온도 분포 곡선에 기초하여 전자 팽창 밸브(131)의 작동을 조절하고,
전자 팽창 밸브(131)의 작동 제어는 전자 팽창 밸브(131)의 밸브 몸체(33)의 내부에 형성되어 냉매의 흐름을 유도하는 오리피스(38)의 개폐 수준을 조절하도록 구동 수단(32)을 작동시키는 유량 조절 유닛(351); 내부 압력을 조절하는 압력 조절 유닛(352); 및 오리피스(38)의 내부 온도를 정해진 수준으로 유지시키는 온도 조절 유닛(353)으로 이루어지고,
매개변수 작동 모듈(11)은 매개변수 분석 모듈(12)에 슬레이브 구조로 연결되어 캔 통신 형태로 데이터 통신을 하고, 매개변수 작동 모듈(11)로부터 전송된 작동 데이터에 기초하여 실시간으로 냉매의 유동을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 팽창 밸브 구조의 냉동 및 냉장용 컨트롤러.
