무스카린 M1 수용체에 의해 매개되는 질병 또는 장애의 치료에서 사용하기 위한 약학 조성물로서, 상기 질병 또는 장애가 인지 장애, 알츠하이머병, 조현병, 통증 또는 수면 장애로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 약학 조성물. - 치료적 유효량의 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 화학식 I의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염을, 이를 필요로 하는 환자에게 투여하는 단계를 포함하는, 무스카린 M1 수용체에 의해 매개되는 질병 또는 장애의 치료 방법으로서, 상기 질병 또는 장애가 인지 장애, 알츠하이머병, 조현병, 통증 또는 수면 장애로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 방법.
