도 2는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 실시예의 입자 형상(입자 사이즈 500 내지 1000㎛)을 보여주는 사진이다.

도 4 및 5는 본 발명의 폴리에테르케톤케톤 제조방법에 따라 반응 용액 내에 질소기체를 흘려줌과 동시에 교반할 수 있는 장치를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (14)
- 고분자량의 폴리에테르케톤케톤을 고수득량으로 얻는 폴리에테르케톤케톤의 제조방법에 있어서,
(a) 반응기에 다이페닐 옥사이드(Diphenyl oxide, DPO) 및 1,4-비스(4-페녹시벤조일)벤젠(1,4-bis(4-Phenoxybenzoyl) benzene, EKKE) 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종 이상을 테레프탈로일 클로라이드(Terephthaloyl chloride, TPC) 및 아이소프탈로일 클로라이드(Isophthaloyl chloride, IPC)와 액상의 반응 매개체에 넣고 동시에 용해시켜 반응 용액을 제조하는 단계;
(b) 상기 반응 용액을 냉각하고 촉매를 투입하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 촉매 투입 후 반응 용액 내부에 비활성 기체를 직접 불어넣고 교반하는 단계;를 포함하는 폴리에테르케톤케톤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 촉매는 알루미늄 클로라이드(Aluminum chloride, AlCl3), 포타슘 카보네이트(Potassium carbonate, K2CO3) 및 염화철(Iron(Ⅲ) chloride, FeCl3) 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르케톤케톤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 촉매는 1 내지 10g/min의 속도로 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르케톤케톤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (b)단계에서 냉각 온도는 -10 내지 -5℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르케톤케톤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비활성 기체를 반응용액 내부에 직접 불어넣는 노즐이 반응기의 상부 또는 하부에 형성되어 복수방향으로 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르케톤케톤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비활성 기체는 질소, 헬륨, 네온, 아르곤 및 크립톤 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르케톤케톤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (c)단계에서 교반하면서 반응기를 80 내지 100℃로 승온하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르케톤케톤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (c)단계 후 세정하고, 탈 이온수(DI water)로 수세하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르케톤케톤의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 수세하는 단계 이후 170 내지 190℃에서 진공건조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르케톤케톤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반응 용액은 벤조일 클로라이드, 벤젠술포닐 클로라이드, 4-클로로비페닐, 4-페녹시벤조페논, 4-(4-페녹시페녹시)벤조페논 및 비페닐 4-벤젠술포닐페닐 페닐에테르 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종 이상의 캡핑제(Capping agent)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르케톤케톤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 액상의 반응 매개체는 오쏘-다이클로로벤젠(o-Dichlorobenzene, oDCB) 및 다이클로로메테인(Dichloromethane) 중에서 선택된 적어도 1 종 이상의 용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르케톤케톤의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조방법으로 제조된 폴리에테르케톤케톤.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에테르케톤케톤은 수득률이 90% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르케톤케톤.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에테르케톤케톤의 입자 크기는 250 내지 2000㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르케톤케톤.
