Claims (11)
- 전력 변환부를 구성하는 복수의 반도체 소자와,
상기 복수의 반도체 소자를 제1 면에서 지지하는 수열판과,
상기 수열판에 고정되고, 상기 복수의 반도체 소자들 사이를 칸막이하는 제1 칸막이 부재를 구비하는 전력 변환 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수열판에는 제1 홈이 형성되고,
상기 제1 칸막이 부재는, 상기 제1 홈에 끼워 맞춰짐으로써 상기 수열판에 고정되어 있는 전력 변환 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 수열판과 함께 상기 제1 칸막이 부재를 사이에 두도록 배치된 커버를 구비하고,
상기 커버에는, 제2 홈이 형성되고,
상기 제1 칸막이 부재는, 상기 제2 홈에 끼워 맞춰짐으로써 상기 커버에 고정되어 있는 전력 변환 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 커버에 있어서의 상기 복수의 반도체 소자와는 반대측에 고정된 제1 전기 기기를 구비하는 전력 변환 장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수열판에 고정되고, 상기 복수의 반도체 소자 전체를 사이에 두도록 배치된 한 쌍의 제2 칸막이 부재를 구비하는 전력 변환 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 수열판의 상기 제1 면에 있어서의 상기 한 쌍의 제2 칸막이 부재의 외측에 고정된 제1 전기 기기를 구비하는 전력 변환 장치. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수열판에 있어서의 상기 제1 면과는 반대측의 제2 면에 고정된 제2 전기 기기를 구비하는 전력 변환 장치. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수열판을 냉각액에 의해 냉각하는 방열부를 구비하는 전력 변환 장치. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수열판으로 돌출되는 돌기부를 구비하는 전력 변환 장치. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수열판을 냉각하는 히트 파이프를 구비하는 전력 변환 장치. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전력 변환 장치를 구비하는 철도 차량.
