Abstract

전체 공정에 걸쳐 파이버의 배향을 유지하는 단계를 더 포함하는 공정을 포함한다.

Claims (15)
- 일측에 불침투성 레이어를 그리고 타측에 안티 슬립 코팅을 갖는 부직포 시트 소재를 제조하기 위한 공정으로서,
파이버를 카딩하여 웹을 형성하되, 파이버는 전체적으로 공통의 배향을 갖는 단계,
부직포 시트 소재로 파이버를 본딩하는 단계 및
부직포 시트 소재의 일 표면에 안티 슬립 코팅을 적용하는 단계를 포함하고,
부직포 시트 소재의 제2 표면에 폴리머를 적용하는 단계 및
전체 공정에 걸쳐 파이버의 배향을 유지하는 단계를 더 포함하는 공정. - 제1항에 있어서,
적어도 두 카딩된 파이버의 웹이 본딩 단계에서 오버랩되어 함께 본딩되는 공정. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
안티 슬립 코팅은 핫멜트 코팅에 의해 적용되는 공정. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,
제2 표면에 폴리머를 적용하는 단계는 고속으로 수행되는 공정. - 제4항에 있어서,
폴리머는 부직포 시트 소재에 압출된/용융된 폴리머를 스프레이함으로써 및/또는 고속 라미네이팅에 의해 적용되는 공정. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,
불침투성 코팅은 핫멜트 압출에 의해 적용되는 공정. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,
불침투성 레이어에 하나 이상의 추가적인 부직포 시트 소재를 적용하는 단계를 더 포함하는 공정. - 제7항에 있어서,
추가적인 시트 소재에 하나 이상의 폴리머 레이어를 적용하는 단계를 더 포함하는 공정. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,
불침투성 레이어에 하나 이상의 폴리머 레이어를 적용하는 단계를 더 포함하는 공정. - 일측에 불침투성 레이어를 그리고 타측에 안티 슬립 코팅을 갖는 부직포 시트 소재로서,
부직포 시트 소재의 파이버는 전체적으로 공통의 배향을 갖는 부직포 시트 소재. - 제10항에 있어서,
부직포 시트 소재는 180 g/m2 이하의 무게를 갖는 부직포 시트 소재. - 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,
부직포 시트 소재는 적어도 하나의 파이버의 블렌드를 포함하는 부직포 시트 소재. - 제12항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 파이버의 블렌드는 2, 4, 6 또는 15 dn의 두께를 갖는 bicoPET/coPET 본딩 파이버를 포함하는 100% PET 파이버의 블렌드, 생분해성 파이버인 100% PLA 파이버의 블렌드, 다른 bico 파이버를 갖는 PET 구조적 파이버의 블렌드, PET와 비스코스 파이버의 블렌드 또는 PET와 셀룰로스 파이버의 블렌드를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 부직포 시트 소재. - 제10항 내지 제13항 중 하나에 있어서,
불침투성 레이어 위에 하나 이상의 추가적인 부직포 시트 소재 및/또는 하나 이상의 추가적인 폴리머 레이어를 포함하는 부직포 시트 소재. - 제10항 내지 제14항 중 하나에 따른 부직포 시트 소재로 이루어진 표면을 보호하기 위한 물품.
