Claims (30)
- 갈탄, 적어도 하나의 실리케이트 광물, 및 적어도 하나의 폴리올을 포함하는 제1 성분으로서, 적어도 하나의 실리케이트 광물이 제1 성분의 총 중량에 대해 적어도 5 중량%의 실리카를 포함하는 것인 제1 성분;
적어도 하나의 이소시아네이트를 포함하는 제2 성분; 및
적어도 하나의 촉매를 포함하는 제3 성분
을 포함하는 바인더 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 시스템은 시스템의 총 중량에 대해 약 5 중량% 내지 약 65 중량%의 제1 성분을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 성분은 제1 성분의 총 중량에 대해 적어도 10 중량%의 적어도 하나의 실리케이트 광물을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 실리케이트 광물은 제1 성분의 총 중량에 대해 적어도 2 중량%의 알루미나를 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 성분은 제1 성분의 총 중량에 대해 60 중량% 미만의 부식산을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1 성분은 제1 성분의 총 중량에 대해 약 10 중량% 내지 약 30 중량%의 부식산을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 갈탄 및 적어도 하나의 실리케이트 광물은 천연 광물 광상으로부터 얻어진 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 실리케이트 광물은 카올리나이트, 운모, 또는 이들의 조합을 더 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 실리케이트 광물은 볼 점토, 카올린 점토, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 성분은 약 50% 내지 약 70% 범위의 강열 감량(LOI: loss on ignition) 값을 갖는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시스템은 시스템의 총 중량에 대해 약 5 중량% 내지 약 65 중량%의 갈탄을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시스템은 시스템의 총 중량에 대해 약 1 중량% 내지 약 60 중량%의 적어도 하나의 폴리올을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 폴리올은 에틸렌 글리콜, 1,2-프로필렌 글리콜, 1,3-프로필렌 글리콜, 헥산 1,6-디올, 2 메틸-1,3-프로판디올, 글리세롤, 만니톨, 소르비톨, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜, 부틸렌 글리콜, 디부틸렌 글리콜, 폴리부틸렌 글리콜, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 성분은 시스템의 총 중량에 대해 약 10 중량% 내지 약 80 중량%의 적어도 하나의 이소시아네이트를 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 이소시아네이트는 2,4-디이소시아네이토톨루엔, 2,6-디이소시아네이토톨루엔, 4,4'-메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트, 2,4-메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트, 2,2'-메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트, 폴리머 메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트, 1,5-나프탈렌 디이소시아네이트, 4,4',4"-트리이소시아네이토트리페닐메탄, 비스(3,5-디이소시아네이토-2-메틸페닐)메탄, 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 3-이소시아네이토메틸-3,5,5-트리메틸시클로헥실(이소포론) 이소시아네이트, 이들의 유도체, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 촉매는 3급 아민을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 촉매는 페닐 피리딘, 피리딘, 아크리딘, 2-메톡시피리딘, 피리다진, 3-클로로 피리딘, 퀴놀린, N-메틸 이미다졸, N-에틸 이미다졸, 4,4'-디피리딘, 4-페닐프로필피리딘, 1-메틸벤즈이미다졸, 1,4-티아진, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 촉매는 기체를 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 촉매는 액체를 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 성분, 제2 성분, 및 제3 성분은 중합 가능한 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시스템은 페놀, 포름알데히드, 또는 페놀 및 포름알데히드 둘 모두를 실질적으로 함유하지 않는 것인 시스템.
- 갈탄, 적어도 하나의 실리케이트 광물, 및 적어도 하나의 폴리올을 포함하는 제1 성분으로서, 적어도 하나의 실리케이트 광물이 제1 성분의 총 중량에 대해 적어도 5 중량%의 실리카를 포함하는 것인 제1 성분;
적어도 하나의 이소시아네이트를 포함하는 제2 성분; 및
골재
를 배합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
혼합물을, 적어도 하나의 촉매를 포함하는 제3 성분과 접촉시키는 단계; 및
혼합물을 적어도 하나의 촉매로 경화시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 주조 물품의 제조 방법. - 제22항에 있어서, 갈탄 및 적어도 하나의 실리케이트 광물은 천연 광물 광상으로부터 얻어진 것인 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 천연 광물 광상은 볼 점토 광상 또는 카올린 점토 광상인 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 제1 성분은, 적어도 하나의 실리케이트 광물을 갈탄의 천연 공급원에 첨가함으로써 제조된 것인 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 골재는 모래를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 혼합물을 제3 성분과 접촉시키기 전에 혼합물을 코어의 형상으로 성형하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 촉매는 기체이고, 혼합물을 제3 성분과 접촉시키는 것은 상기 형상에 기체를 통과시키는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 촉매는 액체인 방법.
