- 와이어 전체 질량당
Fe: 78질량% 이상,
TiO2: 4∼13질량%,
Mn: 1.0∼2.4질량%,
Cr: 1.0∼3.0질량%,
Mo: 0.2∼1.2질량%,
Si: 0.1∼0.8질량%,
Mg: 0.1∼1.0질량%,
불화물(F 환산치): 0.05∼0.25질량%,
C: 0.01∼0.10질량%,
V: 0.003∼0.020질량%,
Nb: 0.003∼0.020질량%, 및
B: 100ppm 미만(0ppm을 포함한다)을 함유하고,
와이어 전체 질량당의 Mn, C 및 V의 함유량이, 28×Mn/(390×C+2370×V)≥0.82의 관계를 만족하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
와이어 전체 질량당의 TiO2, Mg, Nb 및 V의 함유량이, 0.018×TiO2×Mg+2×(Nb+V)≤0.12의 관계를 만족하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
와이어 전체 질량당의 P, S 및 N 중 적어도 어느 하나의 함유량이 0.02질량% 이하(0%를 포함한다)인 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
와이어 전체 질량당의 Na 및 K 중 적어도 어느 하나의 함유량이 0.01∼0.20질량%인 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
