Claims (15)
- 폴리에스테르가 DSC에 의해 측정시 -50 ℃ 내지 80 ℃ 범위의 유리 전이 온도 Tg를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 베툴린 기재의 무정형 폴리에스테르.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르에서 베툴린 구조 단위의 비율이 6 내지 65 몰%, 바람직하게는 10 내지 50 몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 베툴린이 재생 가능한 원료로부터 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르가 베툴린과 디카르복실산, 단쇄 폴리올, 아민, 식물성 오일 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물과의 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르.
- 제4항에 있어서, 디카르복실산이 4 내지 24 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 지방족 디카르복실산, 방향족 디카르복실산 및 이량체 산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르.
- 제5항에 있어서, 이량체 산이 일반식 CnH2n+1COOH의 지방산 및/또는 그의 유도체의 이량체이고, n이 7 내지 33, 바람직하게는 9 내지 17의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단쇄 폴리올이 2 내지 8 개의 탄소 원자, 바람직하게는 3 내지 6 개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르.
- 제4항에 있어서, 식물성 오일이 대두 오일, 아마인 오일, 해바라기 오일, 평지씨 오일, 엉겅퀴 오일, 어류 오일, 피마자 오일, 톨 오일, 코코넛 오일, 팜 오일, 올리브 오일 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르의 재생 가능한 원료의 비율이 각 경우에 폴리에스테르의 총 중량을 기준으로 80 내지 100 중량%, 바람직하게는 90 내지 99 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르.
- a) 베툴린 및 디카르복실산, 단쇄 폴리올, 아민, 식물성 오일 및 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을 제공하는 단계;
b) 단계 a)로부터의 혼합물을 가열하고 폴리에스테르 폴리올을 수득하는 단계
를 포함하는,
제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체의 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 단계 b)의 혼합물을 200 내지 250 ℃, 바람직하게는 205 내지 240 ℃의 온도로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 디카르복실산, 단쇄 폴리올, 아민, 식물성 오일 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 화합물에서 베툴린이 가용성인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 a)에서의 혼합물이, 혼합물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 촉매를 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 0.05 중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 0.02 내지 0.04 중량%의 양으로 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리에스테르의 말단 히드록실 기에 적어도 하나의 에폭시드 및/또는 이소시아네이트 기, 바람직하게는 적어도 둘의 이들 기 및 특히 바람직하게는 적어도 둘의 이소시아네이트 기를 함유하는 유형의 유기 화합물을 첨가함으로써 수득될 수 있는 중합체 물질.
- 열가소성 물질 또는 접착제 및/또는 실란트의 성분으로서의, 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리에스테르 또는 제14항에 따른 중합체 물질의 용도.
