Claims (10)
- 차량의 자동차 서스펜션 스트럿에서 서스펜션 스프링(3)과 함께 사용하기 위한 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링 장치(10)에 있어서,
- 상대적으로 회전하는 상부 환형 베어링 부재(20, 41) 및 내장된 보강 인서트(50)가 제공된 몸체(30)를 가지는 하부 환형 베어링 부재(30, 42)를 갖는 베어링, 및
- 탄성 재료로 제조되고 하부 환형 베어링 부재(30, 42)와 서스펜션 스프링(3) 사이에 개재되는 댐핑 요소(80)를 포함하여 구성되고,
- 환형 베어링 부재(30)의 몸체(30)는 적어도 하나의 관통홀(34)을 포함하고, 내장된 보강 인서트(50)는 상기 몸체 관통홀(34)내에 제공된 적어도 하나의 인서트 관통홀(54)을 포함하고, 상기 인서트 관통홀(54)은 몸체 관통홀(34)의 직경보다 작은 직경을 가지고, 상기 댐핑 요소(80)는 상기 몸체와 인서트 관통홀(34, 54)내에 배치된 적어도 하나의 연장 핀(84)을 포함하고, 상기 핀(84)은 인서트(50)가 끼워지는 원주 방향 그루브를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링 장치. - 전항중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링(10)의 상부 환형 베어링 부재를 형성하기 위해 상부 캡(20)에 고정된 제 1 링(41) 및 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링(10)의 하부 환형 베어링 부재를 형성하도록 하부 캡(30)에 고정된 제 2 링(42)을 갖는 베어링(40)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 댐핑 요소(80)는 상기 하부 환형 베어링 부재 상에 직접 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링 장치.
- 전항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하부 베어링 부재(30, 42) 및 내장된 보강 인서트(50)는 각각 원주 방향으로 배열 된 복수의 관통 홀(34, 54)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 몸체와 인서트 관통 홀(34, 54)은 원주 방향으로 균등하게 이격된 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 하부 캡(30)은 반경 방향 플랜지(32)를 포함하고, 보강 인서트(52)는 상기 반경 방향 플랜지(32) 내에 내장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 반경 방향 플랜지(32) 및 내장된 보강 인서트(52)는 각각 상기 관통 홀(34, 54) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링 장치.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하부 캡(30)은 축 허브(31)를 포함하고, 상기 축 허브(31) 내에 보강 인서트(51)가 내장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 축 방향 허브(31) 및 상기 내장된 보강 인서트(51)는 각각 상기 관통 홀 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링 장치.
- 전항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 댐퍼로드(2), 서스펜션 스프링(3) 및 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링 장치(10)를 포함하는 자동차 서스펜션 스트럿(1).
