Abstract
Description
도 2a는 LPS (150μg/mouse) 처리 후 5분 뒤에 P1P 약물을 투여한 경우 생존율에 미치는 P1P의 효과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 2b는 LPS (150μg/mouse) 처리 후 60분 뒤에 P1P 약물을 투여한 경우 생존율에 미치는 P1P의 효과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 3a는 LPS (125μg/mouse) 처리 후 60분 뒤에 P1P 40μg/mouse 농도의 약물을 투여한 경우 생존율에 미치는 P1P의 효과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 3b는 LPS (125μg/mouse) 처리 후 60분 뒤에 P1P 약물의 농도에 따른 생존율에 미치는 P1P의 효과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 4a는 LPS (150μg/mouse) 처리 후 5분 뒤에 cP1P 약물 40μg/mouse을 투여한 경우 생존율에 미치는 cP1P의 효과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 4b는 LPS (125μg/mouse) 처리 후 60분 뒤에 cP1P 약물 40μg/mouse을 투여한 경우 생존율에 미치는 cP1P의 효과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 5은 대식세포에서 LPS 처리 후 싸이토카인 (TNF-알파) 분비에 미치는 P1P와 유도체 약물들의 효과를 S1P의 효과와 비교하여 나타낸 그래프이다. 패혈증은 초기 감염에 따른 과도한 싸이토카인 증가(cytokine storm)로 이어지기 때문에, 본원에 따른 P1P 및 그 유도체의 우수한 TNF-알파 생성의 억제, 특히 S1P와 비교한 우수한 싸이토카인의 억제는, 본원 약학조성물의 우수한 치료 효과를 증명하는 것이다.
도 6은 사람 혈관내피세포의 증식에 미치는 P1P와 cP1P 약물의 효과를 S1P의 효과와 비교하여 나타낸 그래프이다. 이러한 결과는 본원에 따른 조성물이 패혈증 치료에 효과적임을 나타낸다.
도 7은 산화적 스트레스에 의한 사람 혈관내피세포의 생존에 미치는 P1P와 cP1P 약물의 효과를 S1P의 효과와 비교하여 나타낸 그래프로 본원에 따른 조성물이 S1P와 비교하여 패혈증 치료에 효과적임을 나타낸다.
도 8는 대식세포에서 SIRT1 단백질의 발현에 미치는 P1P와 cP1P 약물의 효과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (6)
- P1P(피토스핑고신-1-포스페이트) 또는 cP1P(O-싸이클릭 P1P), 또는 이들의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 포함하는 패혈증 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 P1P(피토스핑고신-1-포스페이트), 또는 cP1P(O-싸이클릭 P1P)은 1nM 내지 50μM의 농도로 포함되는 것인, 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 약학 조성물은 염증성 싸이토카인의 분비를 감소시키는 것인, 패혈증 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 사이토카인은 TNF-alpha인, 패혈증 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 약학 조성물은 혈관내피세포의 증식을 촉진하는 것인, 패혈증 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 약학 조성물은 리포좀, 나노에멀젼, 마이셀을 포함하는 나노입자 제형인, 패혈증 치료용 약학 조성물.
