도 2는 실시예 1, 비교예 1 및 비교예 2에서 제조된 전지의 충방전 사이클 특성을 도시한 도면이다.
Claims (17)
- a) 음극활물질 슬러리에 점형 전도성 탄소재를 투입 및 혼합하여 1차 혼합된 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;
b) 상기 1차 혼합된 슬러리에 선형 전도성 탄소재의 분산액을 투입 및 혼합하여 2차 혼합된 슬러리를 제조하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 2차 혼합된 슬러리를 집전체에 코팅하고 압연하여 전극을 제조하는 단계;
를 포함하는 이차전지의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계에서 45중량% 이상의 고형분을 함유하는 음극활물질 슬러리에 점형 전도성 탄소재를 투입하는 이차전지의 제조방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 b) 단계의 분산액 투입 후, 상기 분산액이 투입된 슬러리의 고형분은 상기 음극활물질 슬러리의 고형분에서 5 내지 15중량% 감소된 이차전지의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 점형 전도성 탄소재는 카본 블랙, 아세틸렌 블랙, 케첸 블랙, 채널 블랙, 퍼네이스 블랙, 램프 블랙, 서머 블랙, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 이차전지의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 선형 전도성 탄소재는 탄소 나노튜브, 탄소 섬유 또는 이들의 혼합물인 이차전지의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 음극활물질은 탄소계 활물질, 실리콘계 활물질 또는 이들의 혼합물인 이차전지의 제조방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계에서 음극활물질 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.3 내지 5 중량부의 점형 전도성 탄소재가 투입되는 이차전지의 제조방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 b) 단계에서 음극활물질 100 중량부를 기준으로, 선형 전도성 탄소재가 0.1 내지 1.5 중량부가 되도록 선형 전도성 탄소재의 분산액이 투입되는 이차전지의 제조방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 음극활물질의 평균 직경(D50)을 상기 점형 전도성 탄소재의 평균 직경(D50)으로 나눈 직경비는 50 내지 300인 이차전지의 제조방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 음극활물질의 평균 직경(D50)은 5 내지 20μm인 이차전지의 제조방법. - 집전체의 적어도 일면에 평균 직경(D50)이 5 내지 20μm인 음극활물질, 점형 전도성 탄소재, 선형 전도성 탄소재 및 바인더를 함유하는 활물질층이 위치하며, 상기 음극활물질은 상기 점형 전도성 탄소재 및 상기 선형 전도성 탄소재에 의해 순차적으로 코팅된 상태인 전극을 포함하는 이차전지.
- 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 전극은 하기 식 1을 만족하는 이차전지.

[Vp(For)-Vp(RP)]/Vp(RP) x 100 (%) ≤ 20 (%)
(식 1에서 Vp(RP)는 롤-프레싱을 통해 밀도화된 상태 기준, 활물질층에 존재하는 마이크로 기공의 기공률(cm3/g)이며, Vp(For)은 포메이션 공정을 통해 활성화된 상태 기준, 활물질층에 존재하는 마이크로 기공의 기공률(cm3/g)이다) - 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 전극의 저항은 0.05Ω·cm 이하인 이차전지. - 제 13항에 있어서,
상기 전극의 밀도는 1.5g/cm3 이상인 이차전지. - 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 음극활물질은 탄소계 활물질, 실리콘계 활물질 또는 이들의 혼합물인 이차전지. - 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 활물질층은 음극활물질 100 중량부 기준 0.3 내지 5 중량부의 점형 전도성 탄소재 및 0.1 내지 1.5 중량부의 선형 전도성 탄소재를 함유하는 이차전지. - 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 점형 전도성 탄소재는 카본 블랙, 아세틸렌 블랙, 케첸 블랙, 채널 블랙, 퍼네이스 블랙, 램프 블랙, 서머 블랙, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 이차전지.
