Abstract
일례로, 제 1 전극 무지부를 갖는 제 1 전극판과, 세퍼레이터 및 제 2 전극 무지부를 갖는 제 2 전극판이 권취되어 형성되며, 상기 제 1 전극 무지부가 상부로 돌출되고 상기 제 2 전극 무지부가 하부로 돌출된 전극 조립체; 및 상기 제 1 전극 무지부와 전기적으로 연결되며, 하부로 돌출된 요철부를 갖는 원형의 제 1 집전 플레이트;를 포함하고, 상기 요철부의 너비는 상기 제 1 집전 플레이트의 중심에서부터 외곽으로 갈수록 넓어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지를 개시한다.

Claims (10)
- 제 1 전극 무지부를 갖는 제 1 전극판과, 세퍼레이터 및 제 2 전극 무지부를 갖는 제 2 전극판이 권취되어 형성되며, 상기 제 1 전극 무지부가 상부로 돌출되고 상기 제 2 전극 무지부가 하부로 돌출된 전극 조립체; 및
상기 제 1 전극 무지부와 전기적으로 연결되며, 하부로 돌출된 요철부를 갖는 원형의 제 1 집전 플레이트;를 포함하고,
상기 요철부의 너비는 상기 제 1 집전 플레이트의 중심에서부터 외곽으로 갈수록 넓어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 집전 플레이트는 중심에 형성된 제 1 관통홀과, 상기 제 1 관통홀의 외측에 형성된 다수의 제 2 관통홀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 요철부는 상기 제 1 관통홀의 외측에 다수개가 이격되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 전극 무지부는 일부가 가압되어 평탄하게 형성된 가압 영역을 포함하고, 상기 가압 영역에는 상기 요철부가 용접된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 가압 영역은 상기 요철부와 대응되게 전극 조립체의 중심에서부터 외곽으로 갈수록 너비가 넓어지도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 플레이트는 상기 제 1 관통홀의 외측에 형성된 위치 확인부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 위치 확인부는 다수의 홈 또는 홀로 형성되며, 상기 제 2 관통홀의 내측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 위치 확인부는 양각으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 위치 확인부는 서로 다른 형태의 각인이 이격되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 전극 무지부와 전기적으로 연결되며, 상부로 돌출된 요철부를 갖는 원형의 제 2 집전 플레이트;를 더 포함하고,
상기 요철부의 너비는 상기 제 2 집전 플레이트의 중심에서부터 외곽으로 갈수록 넓어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
