Description
Claims (8)
- 액화 가스의 탱크(10)에 의해 액화 가스로 저장 용기(2)를 충전하기 위한 방법이며, 상기 방법은 상기 차압에 의해 상기 액화 가스를 상기 탱크(10)로부터 상기 저장 용기(2) 내로 이송하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 저장 용기(2)는 상기 이송 단계 전에 상기 탱크(10)의 내부 압력보다 높은 내부 압력을 갖고, 상기 방법은 상기 이송 단계 전에, 상기 탱크(10)에 유익하게 상기 저장 용기(2) 내의 압력 강하를 보장하기 위해 압력을 평형화함으로써 상기 탱크(10) 및 상기 저장 용기(2)를 유체 연통하여 배치하는 단계 및 가압 디바이스(3, 6)를 사용하여 상기 탱크(10) 내의 압력을 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가압 디바이스(3, 6)를 통해 상기 탱크(10) 내의 압력을 증가시키는 단계는 상기 탱크(10)와 상기 저장 용기(2)를 유체 연통하여 배치하는 단계와 동시에 그리고/또는 상기 탱크(10)를 유체 연통하여 배치하는 단계 후에, 상기 탱크(10)와 상기 저장 용기(2) 사이의 이 유체 연통이 중단되는 단계 중에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탱크(10)와 상기 저장 용기(2)를 유체 연통하여 배치하는 단계는, 상기 저장 용기(2) 내의 압력이 상기 탱크(10) 내의 압력과 동일하거나 또는 0.5 내지 5 bar, 및 특히 0.5 내지 1 bar의 결정된 제한값만큼 상기 탱크(10) 내의 압력을 초과하는 결정된 레벨로, 상기 탱크(10)에 유익하게 상기 저장 용기(2) 내의 압력을 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탱크(10) 내의 압력을 증가시키는 단계는, 상기 탱크(10) 내의 압력이 0.5 내지 5 bar, 및 특히 1 내지 2 bar의 결정된 값만큼 상기 저장 용기(2) 내의 압력을 초과하는 결정된 레벨까지 상기 탱크(10) 내의 압력을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탱크(10)와 상기 저장 용기(2)를 유체 연통하여 배치하는 단계는 상기 탱크(10)의 하부 부분 및/또는 상부 부분에 연결된 하나의 단부 및 상기 저장 용기(2)의 하부 부분 및/또는 상부 부분에 연결된 다른 단부를 갖는 적어도 하나의 이송 파이프(8, 9)를 통해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탱크(10)와 상기 저장 용기(2)를 유체 연통하여 배치하는 단계는 상기 탱크(10)의 상부 부분에 연결된 하나의 단부 및 상기 저장 용기(2)의 상부 부분에 연결된 하나의 단부를 갖는 적어도 하나의 이송 파이프(9)를 통해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탱크(10)를 가압하기 위한 디바이스(3, 6)는 상기 탱크(10)에 연결된 유체 흡인 제1 단부(4)와 상기 탱크(10)에 연결된 유체 복귀 제2 단부(5) 사이에, 유체 가열 부재(6) 및 상기 가압 회로(3) 내의 유체의 순환을 제어하기 위한 하나 이상의 가열 밸브(7, 19)의 세트를 포함하는 탱크(10) 가압 회로(3)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 차압을 사용하여 액화 가스를 저장 용기(2) 내로 이송하도록 의도된, 액화 가스의 탱크(10)를 포함하는 액화 가스 저장 용기(2)를 충전하기 위한 디바이스이며, 상기 디바이스는 상기 탱크(10)에 연결된 유체 흡인 제1 단부(4)와 상기 탱크(10)에 연결된 유체 복귀 제2 단부(5) 사이에, 유체 가열 부재(6) 및 가압 회로(3) 내의 유체의 순환을 제어하기 위한 하나 이상의 가열 밸브(7, 19)의 세트를 포함하는 탱크(10) 가압 회로(3)를 포함하고, 상기 디바이스는 상기 탱크(10)에 연결된 제1 단부 및 상기 저장 용기(2)에 연결되도록 의도된 제2 단부를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 유체 이송 파이프(8, 9)를 더 포함하고 상기 이송 파이프(8, 9) 내의 유체의 순환을 제어하기 위한 하나 이상의 이송 밸브(11, 12, 13, 14, 15)의 세트를 포함하고, 상기 디바이스는 상기 탱크(10) 및/또는 상기 저장 용기(2) 내의 압력을 측정하기 위한 하나 이상의 센서(16, 17)의 세트를 포함하는, 디바이스에 있어서,
상기 디바이스는 상기 탱크의 상단부에 연결된 제1 단부 및 상기 저장 용기(2)의 상단부에 연결되도록 의도된 다른 단부를 갖는 유체 이송 파이프(9)를 포함하고, 상기 밸브들의 세트의 적어도 일부를 제어하도록 구성된 전자 제어 및 데이터 처리 및 저장 부재(18)를 포함하고, 상기 제어 부재(18)는, 상기 저장 용기(2) 내의 압력이 상기 탱크(10) 내의 압력보다 높을 때 상기 탱크(10)로부터 상기 저장 용기(2)로의 유체의 이송 전에, 상기 저장 용기(2)와 상기 탱크(10) 사이의 압력의 평형화에 의해 압력의 전달을 보장하기 위해 하나 이상의 이송 밸브의 세트의 개방, 그리고 상기 저장 용기(2)와 상기 탱크(10) 사이의 압력의 이송 후 또는 중에, 상기 탱크(10) 내의 압력을 증가시키기 위해 하나 이상의 가열 밸브의 세트의 개방, 이어서 상기 하나 이상의 가열 밸브의 세트의 폐쇄 및 차압을 사용하여 상기 탱크(10)로부터 상기 저장 용기(2)로의 액화 가스의 이송을 보장하기 위해 상기 하나 이상의 이송 밸브의 세트의 개방을 수행하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
