Abstract
실시예에 따른 가스실린더의 영역별 온도제어가 가능한 온도제어장치는 소정의 가스실린더(110)의 제1 영역에 배치되는 제1 열전도부 모듈(371)과 상기 가스실린더(110)의 제2 영역에 배치되는 제2 열전도부 모듈(372)을 포함하는 열전도부 유닛(370)과, 상기 제1 열전도부 모듈(371) 상에 배치되는 제1 열전모듈(321)과 상기 제2 열전도부 모듈(372) 상에 배치되는 제2 열전모듈(322)을 포함하는 열전모듈 유닛(320)을 포함할 수 있다.

Claims (6)
- 소정의 가스실린더의 제1 영역에 배치되는 제1 열전도부 모듈과 상기 가스실린더의 제2 영역에 배치되는 제2 열전도부 모듈을 포함하는 열전도부 유닛;
상기 제1 열전도부 모듈 상에 배치되는 제1 열전모듈과 상기 제2 열전도부 모듈 상에 배치되는 제2 열전모듈을 포함하는 열전모듈 유닛;을 포함하며,
상기 열전도부 유닛은, 상기 가스실린더의 외측면에 착탈가능한 가스실린더의 영역별 온도제어가 가능한 온도제어장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 열전모듈과 상기 제2 열전모듈은 서로 다른 온도로 제어되며,
상기 가스실린더의 온도를 측정하는 온도센서를 더 포함하는 가스실린더의 영역별 온도제어가 가능한 온도제어장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 열전모듈의 온도는 상기 제2 열전모듈의 온도와 같거나, 더 낮게 제어되는 가스봄베의 영역별 온도제어가 가능한 온도제어장치. - 제1 항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,
영역별로 분기된 제1 그룹의 냉각수 유입구와 제1 그룹의 냉각수 유출구를 구비하는 가스실린더의 영역별 온도제어가 가능한 온도제어장치. - 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 열전도부 모듈 상에 배치되는 제1 냉각수 유입구와 제1 냉각수 유출구를 포함하며,
상기 제2 열전도부 모듈 상에 배치되는 제2 냉각수 유입구와 제2 냉각수 유출구를 포함하며,
상기 제1 냉각수 유입구와 제1 냉각수 유출구는 상기 가스실린더가 배치되는 지면의 수평방향으로 배치되는 가스실린더의 영역별 온도제어가 가능한 온도제어장치. - 제1 항 내지 제3 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,
상기 가스실린더가 배치되는 지면의 수직방향으로 연장되는 제2 그룹의 냉각수 유입구와 제2 그룹의 냉각수 유출구를 구비하는 가스실린더의 영역별 온도제어가 가능한 온도제어장치.
