Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 장난감 빌딩 요소가 필라멘트 압출 기반 적층 제조를 포함하는 적층 제조 기술을 사용하여 제조되지 않는다는 단서 하에 요소가 적층 방식으로 제조되는 적층 제조 기술을 사용하여 폴리머 재료로 제조된 장난감 빌딩 요소의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 요소가 제조되는 적층 제조 기술은, 광중합 적층 제조 또는 열가소성 적층 제조, 예컨대 액체 기반 적층 제조, 토너 기반 적층 제조, 분말 기반 적층 제조 또는 과립 기반 적층 제조인, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적층 제조된 장난감 빌딩 요소는 ISO 4287:1997에 따라 측정될 때 프로파일의 산술 평균 높이(Ra)가 100 ㎛ 미만이고 프로파일의 제곱 평균 제곱근 높이(Rq)가 100 ㎛ 미만인 것으로 정의되는 표면 거칠기를 갖는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 적층 제조된 장난감 빌딩 요소.
- 폴리머 재료로 제조되고 ISO 4287:1997에 따라 측정될 때 프로파일의 산술 평균 높이(Ra)가 100 ㎛ 미만이고 프로파일의 제곱 평균 제곱근 높이(Rq)가 100 ㎛ 미만인 것으로 정의되는 표면 거칠기를 갖는 적층 제조된 장난감 빌딩 요소.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는, 장난감 빌딩 요소.
- 제4항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 요소는 포토폴리머 또는 열가소성 폴리머를 포함하는 폴리머 재료로 제조되는, 장난감 빌딩 요소.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 포토폴리머 또는 열가소성 폴리머는 바이오 기반 폴리머, 하이브리드 바이오 기반 폴리머, 석유 기반 폴리머 또는 바이오 기반 폴리머 및/또는 하이브리드 바이오 기반 폴리머 및/또는 석유 기반 폴리머의 혼합물인, 장난감 빌딩 요소.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 포토폴리머는 에폭시 기반 포토폴리머 및 아크릴레이트 기반 포토폴리머 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 장난감 빌딩 요소.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리머는, 폴리아미드(polyamide)(PA), 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)(ABS), 폴리락트산(polylactic acid)(PLA), 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene)(PE), 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene)(PP), 폴리에틸렌 푸라노에이트(polyethylene furanoate)(PEF), 폴리부틸렌 푸라노에이트(polybutylene furanoate)(PBF), 폴리트리메틸렌 푸란디카르복실레이트(polytrimethylene furandicarboxylate)(PTF), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephthalate)(PET), 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polybutylene terephthalate)(PBT), 폴리트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polytrimethylene terephthalate)(PTT), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 글리콜 변성(polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified)(PETG), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트-이소프탈산 코폴리머(polyethylene terephthalate - isophthalic acid copolymer)(PET-IPA), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 나프탈렌(polyethylene terephthalate naphthalene)(PETN), 폴리부티레이트 아디페이트 테레프탈레이트(polybutyrate adipate terephthalate)(PBAT), 열가소성 엘라스토머(thermoplastic elastomer)(TPE), 열가소성 폴리우레탄(thermoplastic polyurethane)(TPU 또는 TPE-U), 폴리아미드-폴리에테르 엘라스토머(polyamide-polyether elastomer)(TPA), 열가소성 스티렌 엘라스토머(thermoplastic Styrene Elastomer)(TPE-S 또는 TPS), 열가소성 폴리에스테르 엘라스토머(thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer)(TPE, TPE-0 또는 TPO), 폴리올레핀 플라스토머(polyolefin plastomer)(POP), 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머(polyolefin elastomer)(POE), 올레핀 블록 코폴리머(olefin Block Copolymer)(OBC), 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 모노머(ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)(EPDM), 프로필렌-에틸렌 코폴리머(propylene-ethylene copolymer), 변성된 열가소성 올레핀(modified Thermoplastic olefin)(mTPO), 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-에틸렌(styrene-ethylene-butylene-ethylene)(SEBS), 스티렌 부틸렌 스티렌(styrene butylene styrene)(SBS), 5-히드록시이소프탈산(5-hydroxyisophthalic acid)(HIPA), 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate)(PC), 폴리옥시메틸렌(polyoxymethylene)(POM), 폴리케톤(polyketone)(PK) 및 셀룰로오스 아세테이트(cellulose acetate)(CA) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 장난감 빌딩 요소.
- 제4항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 요소는 충전제 및/또는 섬유를 더 포함하는 폴리머 재료로 제조되는, 장난감 빌딩 요소.
