Description
Claims (11)
- 공극률이 50%이상의 다공질 흑색 안료와 바인더 성분을 50:50~100:0의 체적비율로 포함하고,
표면의 거칠기 파라미터인 Rt, Ra는, Rt가 0.15~5μm, Ra가 0.01~0.5μm이며,
L* 값이 20이하이고,
400~700nm에 있어서, 정반사율(正反射率)의 최대 값이 0.8%이하, 산란(散亂) 반사율의 최대 값이 2%이하, 광 투과율의 최대 값이 5%이하인, 흑색 저반사막.
- 제1항에 있어서,
400~700nm에 있어서, 정반사율의 최대 값이 0.4%이하, 산란 반사율의 최대 값이 1.3%이하인, 흑색 저반사막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
Rt가 0.15~2μm, Ra가 0.01~0.15μm인, 흑색 저반사막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
막 두께가 0.3μm이상인, 흑색 저반사막.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다공질 흑색 안료의 BET 비표면적이 600㎡/g이상인, 흑색 저반사막.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다공질 흑색 안료와 상기 바인더 성분의 체적 비율이 85:15~95:5인, 흑색 저반사막.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다공질 흑색 안료가 다공질 카본 블랙인, 흑색 저반사막.
- 기재(基材)와 흑색 저반사막을 갖는 적층체의 제조 방법이며,
공극률이 50%이상의 다공질 흑색 안료와 분산매와 필요에 따라서 바인더 성분을 함유하고, 상기 다공질 흑색 안료의 평균 분산 입자 지름(d50)이 0.2~10μm 인 흑색 저반사막용 도료를 준비하는 공정과,
상기 흑색 저반사막용 도료를 상기 기재 상에 도공하는 공정과,
상기 흑색 저반사막용 도료로 이루어진 도공막을 건조하는 공정을 포함하고,
상기 흑색 저반사막은,
상기 다공질 흑색 안료와 상기 바인더 성분을 50:50~100:0의 체적 비율로 포함하고,
표면의 거칠기 파라미터인 Rt, Ra는, Rt가 0.15~5μm, Ra가 0.01~0.5μm이고,
L* 값이 20이하이며,
400~700nm에 있어서, 정반사율의 최대 값이 0.8%이하, 산란 반사율의 최대 값이 2%이하, 광 투과율의 최대 값이 5%이하인, 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 기재와 접착제층과 흑색 저반사막을 갖는 적층체의 제조 방법으로서, 이하의 공정 1~4를 포함하는, 적층체의 제조 방법:
공정1 : 공극율이 50%이상의 다공질 흑색 안료와 분산매와 필요에 따라서 바인더 성분을 함유하는 흑색 저반사막용 도료를, 박리성 시트의 박리성 표면 상에 도공하고 건조해서 흑색 막을 형성한다.
공정2 : 상기 기재 상에 상기 접착제층을 설치한다.
공정3 : 상기 기재 상에 설치된 상기 접착제층과, 상기 박리성 시트 상에 형성된 상기 흑색 막을 겹쳐서 가압 또는 가열 가압하여, 상기 기재와 상기 접착제층과 상기 흑색 막과 상기 박리성 시트를 갖는 박리성 시트가 구비된 적층체를 얻는다.
공정4 : 상기 박리성 시트가 구비된 적층체에서 상기 박리성 시트를 떼어, 상기 다공질 흑색 안료와 상기 바인더 성분을 50:50~100:0의 체적 비율로 포함하고, 표면의 거칠기 파라미터인 Rt, Ra는, Rt가 0.15~5μm, Ra가 0.01~0.5μm이고, L* 값이 20이하이며, 400~700nm에 있어서 정반사율의 최대 값이 0.8%이하, 산란 반사율의 최대 값이 2%이하, 광 투과율의 최대 값이 5%이하인 흑색 저반사막을 형성한다.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
상기 흑색 저반사막의 막 두께가 0.3μm이상인, 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다공질 흑색 안료의 BET 비표면적이 600㎡/g이상인, 적층체의 제조 방법.
