Claims (16)
- 미생물 발효에 의해 제조되는 3'-SL 및/또는 6'-SL로 필수적으로 이루어지는 분무건조된 분말(spray-dried powder).
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 80 중량%, 적어도 85 중량%, 적어도 90 중량%, 적어도 93 중량%, 적어도 95 중량%, 또는 적어도 98 중량%의 3'-SL 및/또는 6'-SL을 포함하는, 분무건조된 분말.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 3'-SL 및/또는 6'-SL은 무정형으로 존재하는, 분무건조된 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 15 중량% 이하의 물, 바람직하게는 10 중량% 이하의 물, 보다 바람직하게는 7 중량% 이하의 물, 가장 바람직하게는 5 중량% 이하의 물을 포함하는, 분무건조된 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유전적으로 조작된 미생물 및 유전적으로 조작된 미생물로부터 유래한 핵산 분자가 없는, 분무건조된 분말.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 분무건조된 분말의 제조 방법:
a) 발효액으로부터 3'-SL 및/또는 6'-SL을 정제하는 단계;
b) 단계 a)의 3'-SL 및/또는 6'-SL을 포함하는 수용액을 제공하는 단계; 및
c) 단계 b)의 용액을 분무건조시키는 단계. - 제6항에 있어서, 발효액(fermentation broth)으로부터 3'-SL 및/또는 6'-SL을 정제하는 단계 (단계 a))는 하기 단계 중의 하나 이상을 포함하는, 방법:
i) 발효액으로부터 미생물 세포를 제거하여 클리어링된 공정 스트림(cleared process stream)을 얻는 단계;
ii) 클리어링된 공정 스트림을 적어도 하나의 한외여과에 적용하는 단계;
iii) 클리어링된 공정 스트림을 양이온 교환 수지로 적어도 1회 및/또는 음이온 교환 수지로 적어도 1회 처리하는 단계;
iv) 클리어링된 공정 스트림을 적어도 하나의 나노여과 및/또는 정용여과(diafiltration)에 적용하는 단계;
v) 클리어링된 공정 스트림을 적어도 하나의 전기투석에 적용하는 단계;
vi) 클리어링된 공정 스트림을 활성탄으로 적어도 1회 처리하는 단계; 및/또는
vii) 클리어링된 공정 스트림을 적어도 1회의 결정화 및/또는 침전 단계에 적용하는 단계. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 수용액은 3'-SL 및/또는 6'-SL을 적어도 20 % (w/v), 30 % (w/v), 35 % (w/v), 및 최대 45 % (w/v), 50 % (w/v), 60 % (w/v)의 양으로 포함하는, 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3'-SL 및/또는 6'-SL을 포함하는 수용액은 적어도 110 ℃, 바람직하게는 적어도 120 ℃, 보다 바람직하게는 적어도 125 ℃, 및 150 ℃ 미만, 바람직하게는 140 ℃ 미만 및 보다 바람직하게는 135 ℃ 미만의 노즐 온도에서 분무건조되는, 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3'-SL 및/또는 6'-SL을 포함하는 수용액은 적어도 60 ℃, 바람직하게는 적어도 65 ℃, 및 80 ℃ 미만, 바람직하게는 70 ℃ 미만의 출구 온도에서 분무건조되는, 방법.
- 영양 조성물, 바람직하게는 유아용 조제유(infant formula)의 제조를 위한, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분무건조된 분말의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분무건조된 분말을 포함하는 영양 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 추가의 HMO를 더 포함하며, 상기 적어도 하나의 추가의 HMO는 중성 HMO 또는 시알릴화 HMO인, 영양 조성물.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 중성 HMO는 2'-푸코실락토스, 3-푸코실락토스, 락토-N-테트라오스, 락토-N-네오테트라오스 및 락토-N-푸코펜타오스 I으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는, 영양 조성물.
- 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 시알릴화 HMO는 3'-시알릴락토스, 6'-시알릴락토스, 시알릴락토-N-테트라오스 (LST)-a, LST-b, LST-c 및 디시알릴락토-N-테트라오스로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는, 영양 조성물.
- 제12항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 영양 조성물은 적어도 하나의 프로바이오틱 미생물(probiotic microorganism)을 포함하는, 영양 조성물.
