Claims (5)
- 후면 투사형 빔 프로젝트 스크린에 이용되는 VOC 프리 이미지 형성용 코팅액 조성물에 있어서,
수용성 아크릴 폴리머, 친수성 세그먼트를 가지는 친수성 글리콜, 비이온 유화제, 중공 나노티타늄옥사이드, 습식법의 비구형 다공질 실리카 및 물을 함유하는 VOC 프리 이미지 형성용 코팅액 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 아크릴 폴리머는 카복실레이트염이 포함된 하기 화학식 1의 구조를 가지며, 상기 카복실레이트염은 고형분 기준 20 ~ 40%이고, 상기 수용성 아크릴 폴리머의 유리전이온도가 10℃ ~ -10℃이며, 상기 수용성 아크릴 폴리머의 중량평균 분자량이 5,000 ~ 50,000이며, 상기 수용성 아크릴 폴리머의 고형분은 35 ~ 55%이며, 상기 수용성 아크릴 폴리머의 함유량은 코팅액 조성물의 전체 중량 기준으로 36 ~ 56중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 VOC 프리 이미지 형성용 코팅액 조성물.

(여기서, R1은 수소 또는 메틸기이며, R2는 알킬기 또는 히드록시 알킬기이고, R3는 알킬 페닐기이며, R4는 트리알킬기(tri alkyl group)이고, R2, R3 및 R4에서의 알킬기는 탄소수 1~4의 알킬기임) - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중공 나노티타늄옥사이드는 100 ~ 1000nm의 평균 입자의 직경을 가지며며, 상기 중공 나노티타늄옥사이드의 함유량은 전체 중량 기준으로 8 ~ 22중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 VOC 프리 이미지 형성용 코팅액 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 습식법의 비구형 다공질 실리카는 다공성 구조의 1μm ~ 10μm의 평균 입자의 크기를 가지며, 상기 습식법의 비구형 다공질 실리카의 함유량은 전체 중량 기준으로 8 ~ 22 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 VOC 프리 이미지 형성용 코팅액 조성물.
