Abstract
- 차량 또는 건물용 적층 글레이징에 있어서, 조류 충격의 응력 특성 하에서 내부 구조 중합체 재료 시트와 파괴 응력이 350 내지 1000 MPa 인 외부 구조 유리 시트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고;
- 상기 적층 글레이징을 조류 충격 저항성의 요구 조건의 적용을 받는 항공기 글레이징으로 사용에 관한 것이다.
Description
Claims (17)
- 차량 또는 건물용 적층 글레이징에 있어서, 글레이징은 내부 구조 중합체 재료 시트와 3 내지 20mm의 두께를 갖고 조류 충격의 응력 특성 아래에서 350 내지 1000 MPa의 파괴 응력을 갖는 외부 구조 유리 시트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부 구조 중합체 재료 시트는 스트레치 된 또는 스트레치 되지 않은 폴리(메틸 메타크릴레이트)(PMMA), 구조 폴리우레탄(PU) 또는 폴리카보네이트(PC)로 만들고 5 내지 22 mm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 외부 구조 유리 시트는 소다 석회 또는 알루미노실리케이트 유리로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외부 구조 유리 시트는 화학적으로 강화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부 및 외부 구조 시트는 0.5 내지 5, 바람직하게는 1.8 내지 3.2 mm의 두께를 갖는 제 1 접착제 중간층에 의해 서로 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글레이징이 내부 구조 중합체 재료 시트와 대향되는 외부 구조 유리 시트 측 상에 0.5 내지 5 mm 사이의 두께를 갖는 외부 유리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징.
- 제6항에 있어서, 외부 유리 시트는 소다 석회 또는 알루미노실리케이트 종류인 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징.
- 제6항에 있어서, 외부 유리 시트는 세미 템퍼링(semi-temperd)되거나 화학적으로 강화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징.
- 제6항에 있어서, 외부 유리 시트는 2 내지 12, 바람직하게는 3 내지 7 mm의 두께를 갖는 제2 접착제 중간층에 의해 외부 구조 유리 시트에 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징.
- 제6항에 있어서, 외부 구조 유리 시트를 향해 배향된 외부 유리 시트의 면은 가열 와이어 네트워크 및/또는 전기 전도성 가열층을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부 또는 외부 구조 시트의 일면은 가열 와이어 네트워크 및/또는 전기 전도성 가열층을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징.
- 제6항에 있어서, 외부 구조 유리 시트와 대향되는 외부 유리 시트의 면은 조립 구조체와 동일한 평면에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징.
- 제5항 또는 제9항에 있어서. 접착제 중간층은 폴리비닐 부티랄, 폴리우레탄, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 또는 이와 유사한 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글레이징은 구부러지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강화 시트는 적어도 적층 글레이징의 주변 구역의 일부에 걸쳐서 내부 및 외부 구조 유리 시트 사이에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른, 적층 글레이징을 항공 분야에 사용.
- 제16항에 따른 적층 글레이징을, 조류 충격 저항성 요건의 적용을 받는 상업, 지역 또는 비지니스 항공기 글레이징으로서 사용.
