Description
도 2는, 도 1에 나타내는 밀봉장치의 개략 구성을 나타내기 위한, 축선을 따른 단면의 일부를 확대하여 나타내는 부분 확대 단면도이다.
도 3은, 도 1에 나타내는 밀봉장치에 있어서의 슬링어를 외측으로부터 본 도면이다.
도 4는, 본 발명의 실시형태에 따른 밀봉장치가 하우징 및 축 구멍에 삽입된 축에 부착되어 있는, 사용 상태에 있어서의 밀봉장치의 부분 확대 단면도이다.
도 5는, 도 4에 나타내는, 사용 상태에 있어서의 밀봉장치에 있어서의 밀봉장치 본체의 부분 확대 단면도로서, 밀봉대상물측과 외측에 압력차이가 없는 상태이다.
도 6은, 도 5에 나타내는 밀봉장치의 사용 상태에 있어서의 밀봉장치 본체의 부분 확대 단면도로서, 밀봉대상물측이 외측에 비해 부압이 된 상태이다.
도 7은, 도 5에 나타내는 밀봉장치의 사용 상태에 있어서의 밀봉장치 본체의 부분 확대 단면도로서, 밀봉대상물측이 외측에 비해 정압이 된 상태이다.
Claims (5)
- 축과 상기 축이 삽입되는 구멍과의 사이의 환형상 간극을 밀봉하기 위한 밀봉장치로서,
상기 구멍에 끼워지는 밀봉장치 본체와,
상기 축에 부착되는 슬링어를 포함하며,
상기 밀봉장치 본체는, 축선 주위에서 환형상인 보강환과, 상기 보강환에 부착되어 있는 탄성체로 형성되어 있는 축선 주위에서 환형상인 탄성체부를 가지고 있으며,
상기 슬링어는 외주 측을 향해 연장되는 상기 축선 주위에서 환형상의 부분인 플랜지부를 가지고 있으며,
상기 탄성체부는, 상기 보강환의 내주 끝에 부착된 베이스부에 이어지고 축선방향에 있어서 일측 방향을 향함에 따라 직경이 축소되는 원추 통형상의 직경축소부와, 상기 직경축소부의 축선방향에 있어서 일측 방향으로 이어지고 해당 일측 방향을 향함에 따라 직경이 확대됨과 함께, 그 선단부가 상기 플랜지부의 상기 축선방향에 있어서 타측 방향의 면에 접촉하는, 상기 축선 주위에서 환형상의 립인 직경확대부로 이루어지는 끝면 립을 가지며,
상기 끝면 립에 있어서의, 상기 베이스부 및 상기 직경축소부의 사이를 연결하는 어깨부와, 상기 직경축소부 및 상기 직경확대부의 사이를 연결하는 굴곡부와의 사이의 길이 L1은, 상기 굴곡부와 상기 선단부와의 사이의 길이 L2보다 긴(L1 > L2) 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 끝면 립은, 상기 굴곡부의 두께가, 상기 직경축소부 및 상기 직경확대부의 두께에 비해 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 슬링어의 상기 플랜지부에 있어서의 상기 타측 방향의 면에는, 적어도 1개의 홈을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 끝면 립과 상기 슬링어의 상기 플랜지부에 의해 이격된 공간끼리의 압력차이가 0일 때, 상기 선단부가 접촉하는 상기 플랜지부의 영역인 무부하 접촉영역에는, 상기 홈이 존재하지 않거나, 또는, 존재하는 상기 홈의 깊이가 10㎛ 이하이며,
이격된 상기 공간 중에서, 상기 굴곡부가 내측으로 굴곡하는 쪽의 제1 공간의 압력이, 외측으로 굴곡하는 쪽의 제2 공간의 압력보다, 소정의 압력차이 이상 작아지고, 해당 압력차이에 의해, 상기 선단부가, 상기 플랜지부의 표면에서 상기 제1 공간 쪽으로 이동하였을 때, 해당 선단부가 접촉하는 상기 플랜지부의 영역인 부압 접촉영역에는, 상기 홈이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 플랜지부에 있어서의, 상기 무부하 접촉영역을 사이에 두고 상기 부압 접촉영역과는 반대쪽 영역인 정압 접촉영역에는, 상기 홈이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
