Claims (7)
- 대형부품의 표면처리를 위한 용사코팅장치에 있어서,
밀폐가 가능한 용사코팅실과, 상기 용사코팅실 내부에 고정 설치되고 원통형의 관체(P)를 회전시키는 롤러(1)와, 상기 롤러(1)의 주위에 설치된 레일(2)과, 상기 레일(2)을 따라 이동되는 대차(3)와, 상기 대차(3) 위에 탑재되어 용사코팅을 수행하는 용사로봇(4)으로 구성된 것이 특징인 한 쌍의 용사로봇을 이용한 용사코팅장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 레일(2)은 관체(P)의 길이방향을 따라 복수로 배치되고, 상기 레일(2)을 따라 복수의 대차(3)가 동시에 이동되며, 상기 대차(3)에는 각각 용사로봇(4)이 탑재되어 있으며, 상기 용사로봇(4)은 개별적으로 제어가 가능함으로써 관체의 여러 측면에서 동시에 용사코팅이 수행되는 것이 특징인 한 쌍의 용사로봇을 이용한 용사코팅장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용사로봇(4)의 일측에는 용사코팅막의 두께 측정을 위한 초음파두께측정센서나 이미지센서가 설치되어 용사코팅막의 두께나 컬러를 실시간 측정하고, 측정된 두께나 컬러에 따라 용사로봇에 공급되는 와이어의 공급속도를 조절하거나 대차(3)의 이동속도를 조절하는 것이 특징인 한 쌍의 용사로봇을 이용한 용사코팅장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 용사로봇(4)은 선행용사로봇(4a)과 후행용사로봇(4b)으로 구성되고, 상기 선행용사로봇(4a)과 후행용사로봇(4b)에 공급되는 와이어는 서로 다른 재질의 와이어를 공급하는 것이 특징인 한 쌍의 용사로봇을 이용한 용사코팅장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 용사로봇들(4a, 4b)에 공급되는 와이어는 두 개의 용사로봇에 각각 별도로 공급되며, 공급되는 속도가 서로 다른 것이 특징인 한 쌍의 용사로봇을 이용한 용사코팅장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 롤러(1)의 일측에는 롤러(1)의 높이조절을 위해 높이조절장치가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 높이조절장치에 의해 직경이 달라지는 관체의 회전중심축(C)을 레일(2)의 중심축과 평행하게 가져갈 수 있는 것이 특징인 한 쌍의 용사로봇을 이용한 용사코팅장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 레일(2)은 관체(P)의 길이방향을 따라 좌우 양측과 용사코팅실의 천장 쪽에 배치되고, 상기 레일(2)을 따라 세 대의 대차(3)가 동시에 이동되며, 상기 대차(3)에는 각각 용사로봇(4)이 탑재되어 있으며, 상기 용사로봇(4)은 개별적으로 제어가 가능함으로써 관체의 세 부분에서 동시에 용사코팅이 수행되는 것이 특징인 한 쌍의 용사로봇을 이용한 용사코팅장치.
