Claims (5)
- 연골육이 이송되는 이송수단과 이송수단을 회전시키는 동력을 발생하는 제1구동수단을 포함하는 본체;
투입구와, 투입구로 투입된 연골육을 1차로 압착에 의해 칼집을 형성시키는 제1가공롤러와, 상기 제1가공롤러와 인접하여 배치되고 상기 제1구동수단과 연결되어 회전에 의해 상기 제1가공롤러를 회전시키는 가이드롤러를 포함하며, 상기 이송수단의 상방에 설치되는 제1가공수단;
상기 제1가공수단의 전방에 배치되고, 상기 제1가공롤러에 의해 칼집이 형성된 연골육이 이송되어 2차로 압착에 의해 칼집을 형성시키는 제2가공롤러와, 상기 제2가공롤러와 인접하여 배치되고 제2구동수단과 연결되어 회전에 의해 상기 제2가공롤러를 회전시키는 안내롤러를 포함하는 제2가공수단;
을 포함하는 육류 연골 가공 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1가공롤러는 이송 방향에 대하여 직각 또는 경사 방향으로 축 결합되고,
상기 연골육은 상기 가이드롤러와 제1가공롤러 사이에서 압착된 후 세로 방향의 칼집이 형성된 채로 상기 이송수단에 낙하되며, 상기 제2가공롤러를 통과한 후에는 연골육에 가로 방향의 칼집이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 육류 연골 가공 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1가공롤러 및 상기 제2가공롤러는
복수의 원형 칼날 조립체로 구성되며,
복수 개가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 육류 연골 가공 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2가공롤러는
상기 이송수단의 이송 방향으로 하향 경사지게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 육류 연골 가공 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이송수단은
상기 본체의 일직선 상에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 육류 연골 가공 장치.
