도 2는 본 발명의 사료 조성물을 급여한 오메가369 임금님표 이천 한우고기 등심의 항암 성분(CLA) 분석 결과이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 사료 조성물을 급여한 오메가369 임금님표 이천 한우고기 등심의 오메가3 지방산분석 결과이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 사료 조성물을 급여한 오메가369 임금님표 이천 한우고기 등심의 n-6/n-3 비율올분석한 결과이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 사료 조성물의 균주 차이에 따른 아마씨앗 사료 제조물의 지방산 조성의 차이결과이다.
Claims (14)
- 아마씨앗 분말, 밀기울, 당밀, 중탄산나트륨, 계피분말 및 비타민 C가 혼합된 혼합물을 발효시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 가축 사료 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물은 아마씨앗 81 중량부, 밀기울 8.5 중량부, 당밀 2 중량부, 중탄산나트륨 5 중량부 및 계피 분말 3.5 중량부인 것으로 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여 비타민 C가 0.0025 내지 0.025 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발효는 37℃에서 24 내지 48시간동안 수행된 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가축은 육우, 젖소, 돼지, 닭, 오리, 염소, 양, 말, 염소, 당나귀, 고양이, 거위, 꿩, 메추라기, 타조 또는 청둥오리로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 사료 첨가제는 액상 생균제를 첨가하여 발효되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 액상 생균제는 사카로미세스 세레비시아(Saccharomyces cerevisiae), 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtilis) 또는 락토바실러스 플란타럼(Lactobacillus plantarum) 중에 선택되는 하나 이상으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제1항의 사료 첨가제를 배합사료 총 중량 대비 8 내지 10 중량%로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 조성물.
- 아마씨앗 분말, 밀기울, 당밀, 중탄산나트륨, 계피분말 및 비타민 C를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합물에 액상 생균제를 첨가하여 발효시켜 발효물을 제조하는 단계;
를 포함하는 사료 조성물 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
혼합물은 아마씨앗 81 중량부, 밀기울 8.5 중량부, 당밀 2 중량부, 중탄산나트륨 5 중량부 및 계피 분말 3.5 중량부를 혼합한 100 중량부에 대하여 비타민 C 0.0025 내지 0.025 중량부를 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 조성물 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 발효물을 제조하는 단계는 37℃에서 24 내지 48시간동안 발효시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 조성물 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
