Claims (12)
- 유체 처리용 회전식 슬라이딩 베인 기계(1)로서,
공정 유체용 입구(5) 및 출구(7)를 구비한 공동(cavity)(4)을 형성하는 내벽(3)을 구비한 하우징;
상기 공동(4) 내에 회전자 축(42)을 구비한 회전자(9)로서, 상기 회전자(9)의 외부면(14)과 하우징(2)의 내벽(3) 사이의 거리가 회전 방향으로 변화하는, 회전자(9); 및
