Claims (7)
- 유압 시스템으로서, 상기 유압 시스템은
모터로 구동되는 하나 이상의 유압 펌프를 포함하는 제1 유압 구동 조립체를 가지며 제1 유압 소비 장치를 작동시키는 제1 회로를 포함하고, 상기 제1 유압 소비 장치는 고밀도 재료용 펌프의 유압 구동 기구로서 구성되고,
모터로 구동되는 하나 이상의 추가 유압 펌프를 포함하는 제2 유압 구동 조립체를 가지며 제2 유압 소비 장치를 작동시키는 제2 회로를 포함하고, 상기 제2 유압 소비 장치는 고밀도 재료용 펌프의 분배기 붐의 구동 및 제어 기구로서 구성되며, 분배기 붐은 복수의 붐 암을 포함하고,
제1 회로와 제2 회로 내에 배열된 유압 소비 장치들은 제1 작동 상태에서 서로 독립적인 유압 구동 조립체들에 의해 탱크로부터 유압유가 적재되고,
제2 작동 상태에서, 제1 소비 장치가 정지 상태에 있고 제1 및 제2 유압 구동 조립체의 유압 펌프가 작동될 때, 분배기 붐이 펼쳐지고 접힐 수 있도록 제1 회로로부터의 유압유의 일부분이 제2 회로에 공급되어 분배기 붐을 작동시키며,
고밀도 재료용 펌프의 유압 구동 기구는 제1 및 제2 유압 구동 실린더를 가지며, 상기 제1 및 제2 유압 구동 실린더는 제1 및 제2 피스톤 로드에 의해 각각 제1 및 제2 전달 실린더에 연결되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 유압 구동 실린더는 한쪽 단부에서 제1 및 제2 메인 라인에 의해 하나 이상의 유압 펌프에 연결되고, 상기 하나 이상의 유압 펌프는 제1 회로 내에 배열되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 유압 구동 실린더는 다른 단부에서 오일 진동 라인에 의해 서로 연결되고,
제1 회로와 제2 회로는 연결 라인에 의해 서로 연결되며, 상기 연결 라인 내에는 제1 제어 밸브가 배열되고, 상기 제1 제어 밸브는 오일 유동을 선택적으로 방출하거나 또는 차단하고,
상기 유압 펌프는 가역가능하고 조정가능한 메인 펌프 및 공급 펌프를 포함하고, 상기 공급 펌프는 제1 회로 내에 배열되고 압력측에서 제1 회로 내로 개방되고 흡인측에서 상기 탱크 내로 개방되는 유압 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 탱크에 대해 오일 유동을 선택적으로 방출하거나 또는 차단하는 하나 이상의 제2 제어 밸브는 제1 회로 내에 배열되는 유압 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 유압 구동 실린더들 사이에 또는 유압 구동 실린더로부터 또는 유압 구동 실린더에 대해 선택적으로 유압 유동을 방출하거나 또는 차단하는 하나 이상의 제3 제어 밸브가 상기 제1 회로 내에 배열되는 유압 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 제어 밸브를 포함하는 연결 라인이 상기 제1 회로의 메인 라인들 중 하나의 메인 라인으로부터 분기되는 유압 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 제어 밸브를 포함한 연결 라인은 제1 논리턴 밸브에 의해 제1 회로의 제1 메인 라인에 연결되고 제2 논리턴 밸브에 의해 제2 메인 라인에 연결되는 유압 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유동을 방출하거나 또는 차단하는 추가 제어 밸브가 상기 제1 및 제2 유압 구동 실린더들 사이에서 오일 진동 라인 내에 배열되는 유압 시스템.
- 유압 시스템으로서, 상기 유압 시스템은
모터로 구동되는 하나 이상의 유압 펌프를 포함하는 제1 유압 구동 조립체를 가지며 제1 유압 소비 장치를 작동시키는 제1 회로를 포함하고, 상기 제1 유압 소비 장치는 고밀도 재료용 펌프의 유압 구동 기구로서 구성되고,
모터로 구동되는 하나 이상의 추가 유압 펌프를 포함하는 제2 유압 구동 조립체를 가지며 제2 유압 소비 장치를 작동시키는 제2 회로를 포함하고, 상기 제2 유압 소비 장치는 고밀도 재료용 펌프의 분배기 붐의 구동 및 제어 기구로서 구성되며, 분배기 붐은 복수의 붐 암을 포함하고,
제1 회로와 제2 회로 내에 배열된 유압 소비 장치들은 제1 작동 상태에서 서로 독립적인 유압 구동 조립체들에 의해 탱크로부터 유압유가 적재되고,
제2 작동 상태에서, 제1 소비 장치가 정지 상태에 있고 제1 및 제2 유압 구동 조립체의 유압 펌프가 작동될 때, 분배기 붐이 펼쳐지고 접힐 수 있도록 제1 회로로부터의 유압유의 일부분이 제2 회로에 공급되어 분배기 붐을 작동시키며,
고밀도 재료용 펌프의 유압 구동 기구는 제1 및 제2 유압 구동 실린더를 가지며, 상기 제1 및 제2 유압 구동 실린더는 제1 및 제2 피스톤 로드에 의해 각각 제1 및 제2 전달 실린더에 연결되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 유압 구동 실린더는 한쪽 단부에서 제1 및 제2 메인 라인에 의해 하나 이상의 유압 펌프에 연결되고, 상기 하나 이상의 유압 펌프는 제1 회로 내에 배열되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 유압 구동 실린더는 다른 단부에서 오일 진동 라인에 의해 서로 연결되고,
제1 회로와 제2 회로는 연결 라인에 의해 서로 연결되며, 상기 연결 라인 내에는 제1 제어 밸브가 배열되고, 상기 제1 제어 밸브는 오일 유동을 선택적으로 방출하거나 또는 차단하고,
유입 및 유출 밸브들이 조립된 행정 보상 루프들이 유압 구동 실린더 내에서 피스톤의 단부 위치 영역에 배열되고,
제2 회로에 선택적으로 연결될 수 있는 방향 밸브 또는 셧오프 밸브로 구성된 제어 밸브가 상기 행정 보상 루프들 중 하나 이상 내에 배열되는 유압 시스템.
