Description
Claims (14)
- 냉각 유체에 의해서 냉각되는 벽을 포함하는 침잠형 버너 유리질화 가능 재료 용융 용해로에 있어서, 용해로의 내측부를 향해서 대면되는 벽의 면이, 용해로 내의 유리질화 가능 재료의 용융 전에, 소위 자가-도가니 탈유리질화된 유리질화 가능 재료를 위한 부착 텍스처를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해로.
- 제1항에 있어서,
벽은 금속 판을 포함하고, 부착 시스템에 의해서 생성된 부착 텍스처는 용해로의 내측부를 향해서 대면되는 상기 판의 면에 고정된 돌출 금속 요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해로. - 제2항에 있어서,
금속 요소가 금속 프로파일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해로. - 제3항에 있어서,
금속 프로파일은, 주 연장 방향이 실질적으로 수평이 되도록, 상기 판에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해로. - 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
금속 프로파일은 각도형 철재 유형인 것을 특징으로 하는 용해로. - 제5항에 있어서,
각도형 철재는, 그 2개의 편평한 날개부의 접합부에 위치되는 그 외측부 연부에 의해서, 금속 판에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해로. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
부착 텍스처는 벽에 수직인 방향으로 적어도 5 mm의 중실부 및 공극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해로. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
텍스처는, 자가-도가니의 탈유리질화된 유리질화 가능 재료에 의해서 충진되도록 구성되는 벽 공간 내에서 국소적으로 형성되는 돌출 요소를 포함하고, 탈유리질화된 유리질화 가능 재료는 돌출 요소의 적어도 일부와 돌출 요소 부분보다 용해로의 주변부를 향해서 더 멀리 위치되는 벽의 표면 사이에서 이러한 공간 내에 포획되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해로. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
텍스처는, 노상 상의 자가-도가니 외측으로, 노상의 가장 낮은 지점으로부터 5 cm 내지 20 cm(5 cm 및 20 cm 포함)의 거리까지 돌출되는 실질적으로 수평인 벨트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해로. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
콘크리트가 벽을 덮어서, 자가-도가니와 계면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해로. - 제10항에 있어서,
콘크리트는 50 중량% 초과 그리고 바람직하게 80 중량% 초과의 알루미나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해로. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
벽은 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 용해로. - 용융된 유리질화 가능 재료, 특히 용융된 유리를 제조하는 방법이며, 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 바와 같은 용해로 내에서, 유리질화 가능 재료, 특히 유리를 용융하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 바와 같은 용해로를 제조하는 방법이며, 텍스처화 요소를 금속 판의 매끄러운 면 상에 고정하는 단계, 이어서 텍스처화 요소를 구비하는 면이 용해로의 벽의 내측부 면을 형성하도록, 판을 배치하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
