Claims (6)
- 아크릴 소재로 된 표면판;
상기 표면판의 저면에 접합되어 있는 피씨(PC) 소재로 된 보호판;
인쇄에 의해 상기 보호판의 저면에 형성되는 인쇄층;
알루미늄 진공증착에 의해 상기 인쇄층의 저면에 형성된 증착층;
상기 증착층의 저면에 접착제에 의해 접착되는 페트(PET) 재질의 안정판;
상기 안정판의 저면에 접착되는 베이스판재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고휘도를 갖는 장식판재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스판재는 엠디에프(MDF)패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 고휘도를 갖는 장식판재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인쇄층은 상기 증착층 표면에 부분적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고휘도를 갖는 장식판재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
표면강도를 유지함으로써 스크래치 방지를 위한 것으로서, 유브이(UV) 하드코팅에 의해 상기 표면판의 상면에 코팅층이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고휘도를 갖는 장식판재.
- 아크릴 소재로 된 표면판; 상기 표면판의 저면에 접합되어 있는 피씨(PC) 소재로 된 보호판; 인쇄에 의해 상기 보호판의 저면에 형성되는 인쇄층; 알루미늄 진공증착에 의해 상기 인쇄층의 저면에 형성된 증착층; 상기 증착층의 저면에 접착제에 의해 접착되는 페트(PET) 재질의 안정판; 상기 안정판의 저면에 접착되는 베이스판재;를 포함하는 장식판재의 제조방법에 있어서;
상기 보호판과 표면판이 합지되어 있는 합지필름을 준비하는 제1단계; 상기 합지필름의 저면인 상기 보호판에 코로나 방전으로 표면처리하는 제2단계;
상기 코로나 방전으로 표면처리한 합지필름의 저면에 인쇄를 함으로써 인쇄층을 형성하는 제3단계;
상기 인쇄층의 표면에 진공증착을 하여 증착층을 형성하는 제4단계;
상기 인쇄층과 증착층을 포함하고 있는 합지필름과 목재패널을 접착제로 접착하되; 페트 소재로 된 안정판을 개입시킨 상태에서 접착제로써 접착 고정하는 제 5단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고휘도를 갖는 장식패널의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 합지필름의 표면, 즉 표면판 상면에는 UV하드코팅을 함으로써 코팅층이 부가되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고휘도를 갖는 장식판재의 제조방법.
