Claims (18)
- 냉매가 토출되는 배출부와 오일을 저유하는 공간을 제공하는 케이스;
상기 케이스의 내주면에 결합되어 회전자기장을 발생시키는 고정자와, 상기 고정자에 수용되어 상기 회전자기장에 의해 회전하는 회전자를 포함하는 구동부;
상기 회전자에서 상기 배출부와 멀어지는 방향으로 결합되는 회전축;
상기 회전축에 결합되어 상기 오일로 윤활되도록 구비되고, 상기 냉매를 압축하여 상기 배출부와 멀어지는 방향으로 배출하는 압축부;
상기 압축부에 결합되어 상기 냉매를 상기 배출부로 안내하는 머플러;를 포함하고,
상기 머플러로 배출된 상기 냉매 또는 오일을 상기 배출부로 이동시키는 수송부를 더 포함하고,
상기 수송부는 상기 케이스 외부에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배출부와 상기 구동부 사이에 구비되어 상기 배출부로 안내되는 상기 냉매에서 상기 오일을 분리하는 분리부를 더 포함하고,
상기 수송부는 상기 분리부 또는 상기 배출부 중 적어도 어느 하나로 상기 머플러 내부로 배출된 상기 냉매 또는 오일을 공급하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 수송부는
상기 케이스의 외주면에서 상기 회전축을 향하는 직경방향과 상기 케이스의 외주면의 접선방향 사이로 상기 냉매 또는 오일이 배출되도록 상기 케이스에 결합되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 수송부는
상기 구동부와 상기 배출부가 결합된 케이스의 일면 사이에 상기 냉매 또는 오일이 배출되도록 상기 케이스에 결합되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 수송부는
상기 구동부와 상기 분리부의 자유단 사이에 상기 냉매 또는 오일가 배출되도록 상기 케이스에 결합되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압축부 및 상기 구동부는 상기 머플러로 토출된 냉매 또는 오일이 통과할 수 있도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수송부는
상기 머플러에 결합되는 제1관과,
상기 제1관과 연통하도록 구비되어 상기 케이스의 외부에서 상기 배출부를 향하여 연장되는 제2관과,
상기 제2관과 연통하도록 구비되어 상기 케이스에 결합되는 제3관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1관은
상기 케이스를 관통하여 상기 머플러에 결합되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 수송부는
상기 제1관의 말단과 상기 머플러를 결합시키는 머플러체결부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 머플러체결부는
상기 제1관의 외주면에서 연장되거나 상기 제1관에 결합되어 상기 머플러 내벽에 안착되어 구비되는 제1안착부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 머플러체결부는
상기 제1관에 외주면에서 연장되거나 상기 제1관에 결합되어 상기 머플러의 외벽에 안착되어 구비되는 제1밀착부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 머플러는
상기 냉매가 이동하는 공간을 제공하는 수용바디와,
상기 수용바디의 외주면에서 연장되어 상기 압축부와 결합되는 결합바디를 포함하고,
상기 수용바디는 상기 냉매가 상기 제1관으로 배출되는 유출홀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 수용바디는
상기 압축부에서 배출되는 상기 냉매를 상기 배출부로 안내하도록 외측으로 돌출되어 구비되는 안내부를 더 포함하고,
상기 유출홀은 상기 안내부를 관통하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 결합바디는
외주면의 일무가 만곡되어 구비되어 상기 냉매에서 분리된 오일이 상기 오일이 저유되는 공간으로 회수되는 통로를 제공하는 머플러회수유로를 더 포함하고,
상기 유출홀은
상기 수용바디에서 상기 머플러회수유로를 회피하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 수송부는
상기 제3관의 말단과 상기 케이스를 결합시키는 케이스체결부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 케이스체결부는
상기 제3관의 외주면에서 연장되거나 상기 제3관에 결합되어 상기 케이스 내벽에 안착되어 구비되는 제3안착부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 케이스체결부는
상기 제3관의 외주면에서 연장되거나 상기 제3관에 결합되어 상기 케이스 외벽에 안착되어 구비되는 제3밀착부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1관은
배출부를 향하여 경사지게 구비되어 상기 제2관에 연결되는 제1연결관을 더 포함하고,
상기 제3관은
상기 제2관의 말단에서 상기 케이스를 향하여 경사지게 구비되는 제3연결관을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
