Description
Claims (10)
- 규소 화합물과, 결착재를 포함하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 슬러리 조성물로서,
상기 규소 화합물은, Li2SiO3 및 Li4SiO4의 적어도 어느 하나를 함유하고,
상기 결착재는, 수용성 중합체를 함유하고,
상기 수용성 중합체는, 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산 단량체 단위(A) 및 그 알칼리 금속염의 적어도 어느 하나와, 가교성 단량체 단위(B)를 포함하고,
상기 수용성 중합체의 1 질량% 수용액의 점도가 1000 mPa·s 이하이고,
상기 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 슬러리 조성물의 pH가 9 이상 12 이하인, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 슬러리 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 결착재가, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스를 더 함유하는, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 슬러리 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 중합체는, 중량 평균 분자량이 30만 이상 1500만 이하인, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 슬러리 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 중합체가, 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 단위(C)를 더 포함하고,
상기 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 단위(C)는, 20℃에서의 물 100 g에 대한 용해도가 7 g 이상인 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체에 의해 구성되는, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 슬러리 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 중합체의 전해액에 대한 팽윤도가 120% 미만인, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 슬러리 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가교성 단량체 단위(B)가 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 슬러리 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가교성 단량체 단위(B)가 2~6개의 중합성 불포화기를 갖는 다관능 중합성 단량체 단위인, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 슬러리 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 결착재가, 비수용성 공액 디엔 공중합체를 더 함유하고,
상기 비수용성 공액 디엔 공중합체는, 공액 디엔 단량체 단위, 방향족 비닐 단량체 단위, 및 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산 단량체 단위를 포함하고, 유리 전이점이 0도 이상인, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 슬러리 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
탄소계 활물질을 더 포함하는, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 슬러리 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 슬러리 조성물을 사용하여 형성한 전극 합재층을 구비하는, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 전극.
