Abstract
[해결 수단] 불소계 수지의 마이크로 파우더와 비수계 용매를 적어도 함유하는 불소계 수지의 비수계 분산체와, 열경화성 수지를 포함하는 수지 조성물을, 적어도 함유하는 불소계 수지 함유 열경화 수지 조성물의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 불소계 수지의 비수계 분산체와, 상기 열경화성 수지를 포함하는 수지 조성물을 혼합하는 공정에 있어서 이물이나 기포가 다음 공정에 반입되지 않는 처리를 포함하는 공정이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소계 수지 함유 열경화 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.

Claims (4)
- 불소계 수지의 마이크로 파우더와 비수계 용매를 적어도 함유하는 불소계 수지의 비수계 분산체와, 열경화성 수지를 포함하는 수지 조성물을, 적어도 함유하는 불소계 수지 함유 열경화 수지 조성물의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 불소계 수지의 비수계 분산체와, 상기 열경화성 수지를 포함하는 수지 조성물을 혼합하는 공정에 있어서 이물이나 기포가 다음 공정에 반입되지 않는 처리를 포함하는 공정이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소계 수지 함유 열경화 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 불소계 수지의 마이크로 파우더가, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 플루오르화 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체, 퍼플루오로 알콕시 중합체, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-클로로트리플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 에틸렌-클로로트리플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 불소계 수지 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 불소계 수지 함유 열경화 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
불소계 수지의 비수계 분산체에는, 우레탄 구조를 가지는 폴리머를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 불소계 수지 함유 열경화 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
