Claims (2)
- 자귀나무를 90cm ~ 200cm 크기로 절단하는 제 1 절단 단계;
일정한 크기로 절단된 자귀나무를 물로 세척하는 제 1 세척단계;
물로 세척된 자귀나무를 고온 고압의 스팀으로 세척하는 제 1-1 세척단계;
고온 고압으로 세척된 자귀 나무를 가공용으로 적합하게 0.5cm ~ 10cm 내외로 절단하는 제 2 절단 단계;
가공용으로 절단된 자귀 나무 줄기를 20℃ ~ 25℃되는 밀폐된 그늘에서 24시간 ~ 48시간 동안 건조하는 제 1 건조 단계;
건조된 자귀 나무 줄기를 중탕기 물 90℃ ~ 95℃에서 내솥 항아리 온도를 87℃ ~ 90℃에서 10~12시간 동안 온열 증숙하는 온열 증숙 단계;
온열 증숙된 자귀 나무 줄기 30중량%와 물 70중량%를 100℃에서 1 ~ 2시간 가열한 다음 90℃ ~ 95℃에서 24시간 ~ 48시간 동안 가열하여 농축액을 제조하는 농축액 제조 단계;
농축액을 5℃~10℃되는 저온냉각실에서 1시간 ~ 2시간 저온 냉각하는 저온 냉각 단계;
저온 냉각된 농축액에 껍질과 같은 이물질을 제거하는 이물질 제거 단계;
이물질이 제거된 농축액 0.5 중량% ~ 2 중량%에 물 99.5중량% ~ 98중량%를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 혼합 단계;
혼합물을 섭취하기 편하게 "대""중""소"로 소포장하는 소포장 단계;로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자귀나무를 이용한 음료 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 온열 증숙된 자귀 나무 30중량%와 물 69.5 중량% 및 감초 0.5 중량%를 100℃에서 1 ~ 2시간 가열한 다음 다시 90℃ ~ 90℃에서 24시간 ~ 48시간 동안 가열하여 제 1 혼합물을 제조하는 제 1 혼합물 제조 단계;
제 1 혼합물을 5℃~10℃되는 저온 냉각실에서 1시간 ~ 2시간 정도 저온 냉각하는 제 1 저온 냉각 단계;
저온 냉각된 제 1 혼합물에 껍질과 같은 이물질을 제거하는 제 1 이물질 제거 단계;
이물질이 제거된 농축액 0.5 중량% ~ 2 중량%에 물 99.5중량% ~ 98중량%를 혼합하여 제 2 혼합물을 제조하는 제 2 혼합 단계;
제 2 혼합물을 섭취하기 편하게 "대""중""소"로 소포장하는 제 1 소포장 단계;이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자귀나무를 이용한 음료 제조방법.
