Claims (28)
- (a) 코어 및 시스를 갖는 단면을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 이성분 섬유를 포함하며;
(b) 상기 시스는 핫 멜트 접착제를 포함하는 것이고;
상기 코어 및 상기 시스가 둘 다 폴리우레탄-우레아를 포함하는 것이며;
상기 핫 멜트 접착제가 폴리아미드-기재 핫 멜트 접착제이고,
폴리아미드-기재 핫 멜트 접착제를 통해 융착성 이성분 스판덱스 얀에 융착된 나일론 섬유를 포함하는 것인,
융착성 이성분 스판덱스 얀을 포함하는 물품. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이성분 스판덱스가 용액-방사된 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 내열성이고 상기 시스가 감열성인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 상기 섬유의 80 중량% 이상인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 상기 섬유의 80 중량% 내지 95 중량%인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핫 멜트 접착제가 180℃ 미만의 용융 온도를 갖는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핫 멜트 접착제가 120℃ 내지 180℃의 용융 온도를 갖는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핫 멜트 접착제가 시스 내에 20% 초과의 양으로 존재하는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핫 멜트 접착제가 시스 내에 시스의 20 중량% 내지 80 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유의 코어 및 시스가 동일한 모세관을 통해 단일 필라멘트로 압출된 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 용액-방사된 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단면이 비-원형인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물품이 패브릭인 물품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 패브릭이 직조물, 부직물 및 편성물로부터 선택된 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이성분 스판덱스가 또 다른 얀으로 커버링된 것인 물품.
- (a) 제1 폴리우레탄 용액을 포함하는 코어 중합체 조성물을 제공하고;
(b) 핫 멜트 접착제를 포함하는 제2 폴리우레탄 용액을 포함하는 시스 중합체 조성물을 제공하고;
(c) 코어 및 시스 조성물을 분배 플레이트 및 오리피스를 통해 조합하여 시스-코어 단면을 갖는 필라멘트를 형성하고;
(d) 공통 모세관을 통해 필라멘트를 압출하고;
(e) 용매를 상기 필라멘트로부터 제거하고;
(f) 상기 필라멘트를 폴리아미드-기재 핫 멜트 접착제를 통해 나일론 섬유에 융착시키는 것
을 포함하며;
상기 코어 및 상기 시스가 둘 다 폴리우레탄-우레아를 포함하는 것이고;
상기 핫 멜트 접착제가 폴리아미드-기재 핫 멜트 접착제인,
융착성 이성분 스판덱스 섬유를 제조하는 방법. - 제16항에 있어서, 용매를 고온 불활성 기체에 의해 필라멘트로부터 제거하는 것인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 1종 초과의 다중 성분 섬유를 동시에 제조하는 것인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 상기 섬유의 80 중량% 이상인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 핫 멜트 접착제가 180℃ 미만의 용융 온도를 갖는 것인 방법.
- (a) 코어 및 시스를 갖는 단면을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 이성분 섬유를 포함하며;
(b) 상기 시스는 핫 멜트 접착제를 포함하는 것이고;
상기 코어 및 상기 시스가 둘 다 폴리우레탄-우레아를 포함하는 것이며;
상기 핫 멜트 접착제가 폴리아미드-기재 핫 멜트 접착제이고,
폴리아미드-기재 핫 멜트 접착제를 통해 융착성 이성분 스판덱스 섬유에 융착된 나일론 섬유를 포함하는 것인,
융착성 이성분 스판덱스 섬유를 포함하는 패브릭. - 제21항에 있어서, 상기 이성분 스판덱스 섬유가 용액-방사된 것인 패브릭.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 상기 섬유의 80 중량% 내지 95 중량%인 패브릭.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 핫 멜트 접착제가 180℃ 미만의 용융 온도를 갖는 것인 패브릭.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 핫 멜트 접착제가 시스 내에 20% 초과의 양으로 존재하는 것인 패브릭.
- (a) 나일론 얀을 제공하고;
(b) 이성분 스판덱스 섬유를 제공하고;
(c) 상기 나일론 얀 및 상기 이성분 스판덱스 섬유를 조합하여 패브릭을 형성하고;
(d) 상기 패브릭을 150℃ 내지 200℃의 온도에 노출시킴으로써 상기 패브릭 내에서 상기 나일론 얀을 상기 이성분 스판덱스에 융착시키는 것
을 포함하는, 제21항의 패브릭을 제조하는 방법. - 제26항에 있어서, 상기 융착이 패브릭 열-고정 공정 동안 발생하는 것인 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 패브릭이 편성물 또는 직조 패브릭 또는 부직물인 방법.
