Claims (16)
- 규소계 합금으로서,
45 내지 95 중량%의 Si;
최대 0.05 중량%의 C;
0.4 내지 30 중량%의 Cr;
0.01 내지 10 중량%의 Al;
0.01 내지 0.3 중량%의 Ca;
최대 0.10 중량%의 Ti;
최대 25 중량%의 Mn;
0.005 내지 0.07 중량%의 P;
0.001 내지 0.02 중량%의 S;
잔부로서의 Fe 및 통상적인 양으로 존재하는 우연적 불순물을 포함하는, 규소계 합금. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규소계 합금은 50 내지 80 중량%의 Si를 포함하는, 규소계 합금.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 규소계 합금은 64 내지 78 중량%의 Si를 포함하는, 규소계 합금.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 규소계 합금은 최대 0.03 중량%의 C를 포함하는, 규소계 합금.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 규소계 합금은 0.01 내지 0.1 중량%의 Ca를 포함하는, 규소계 합금.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 규소계 합금은 최대 0.06 중량%의 Ti를 포함하는, 규소계 합금.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 규소계 합금은 0.04 내지 0.3 중량%의 Mn을 포함하는, 규소계 합금.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 규소계 합금은 0.3 내지 25 중량%의 Mn을 포함하는, 규소계 합금.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 규소계 합금은 1 내지 20 중량%의 Cr을 포함하는, 규소계 합금.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 규소계 합금의 생성 방법으로서,
액체 베이스 페로규소 합금을 제공하는 단계, Cr 공급원 및 선택적으로 Mn 공급원을 상기 액체 페로규소 내로 첨가하여 용융물을 얻는 단계, 및 상기 얻어진 용융물을 정련하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 정련하는 단계는 상기 용융물의 주조 전 및/또는 동안에, 형성된 탄화규소 입자를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 첨가된 Cr 공급원은 고탄소 페로크롬 합금, 중탄소 페로크롬 합금, 저탄소 페로크롬 합금, Cr 금속, 또는 이들의 혼합물의 형태인, 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 첨가된 Mn 공급원은 고탄소 페로망간 합금, 중탄소 페로망간 합금, 저탄소 페로망간 합금, Mn 금속, 또는 이들의 혼합물의 형태인, 방법.

잔부로서의 Fe 및 통상적인 양으로 존재하는 우연적 불순물을 포함하는, 방법. - 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Al을 첨가하여 Al 함량을 최대 10 중량%로 조정하는, 방법.
- 강의 제조에 있어서의 첨가제로서의 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 규소계 합금의 용도.
- 제15항에 있어서, 전기강(electrical steel)의 제조에 있어서의 용도.
