Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따라 제조되는 발열 콘크리트를 사용하여 도로를 시공하는 예를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 제조된 발열 콘크리트 사용 시 온도 변화와 비저항 변화를 측정하는 방법을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 제조된 발열 콘크리트 사용 시 온도 변화와 비저항의 측정 결과를 나타내는 도면이다.
Claims (5)
- 적어도 10 마이크로미터 이상의 크기를 가지는 대면적의 그래핀과 그래핀 산화물 중 1종 또는 2종의 혼합물을 액상의 매트릭스 물질에 분산시킨 그래핀 재료를 시멘트 및 골재와 혼합하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 콘크리트의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 액상의 매트릭스 물질은 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 콘크리트의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 그래핀 재료는 그래핀과 그래핀 산화물 중 1종 또는 2종의 혼합물 0.5~1.5 중량%를 물 100 중량%에 혼합 및 분산시켜 제조한 것임을 특징으로 하는 발열 콘크리트의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 그래핀 재료, 시멘트 및 골재에 별도의 혼합 수를 더 혼합하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 콘크리트의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 시멘트는 1종 포틀랜드 시멘트이고, 상기 골재는 모래인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 콘크리트의 제조 방법.
