Claims (14)
- 사면체 구조로 이루어지는 삼차원 자기조립 핵산 나노입자를 포함하는, 신장 특이적 약물 전달체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핵산 나노입자는 서열번호 1 내지 8로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 올리고뉴클레오티드로 이루어지는 약물 전달체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 올리고뉴클레오티드는 D-DNA, L-DNA, 2'-플루오로-RNA(2'-fluoro-RNA) 및 2'-O-메톡시-RNA(2'-O-methoxy-RNA)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나로 이루어지는 것인 것인, 약물 전달체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 서열번호 1 내지 4의 염기서열로 이루어진 올리고뉴클레오티드는 2'-플루오로-RNA(2'-fluoro-RNA) 및 2'-O-메톡시-RNA(2'-O-methoxy-RNA) 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 것인, 약물 전달체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 핵산 나노입자를 이루는 상기 올리고뉴클레오티드는 4개인 것인, 약물 전달체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 핵산 나노입자는 상기 올리고뉴클레오티드와 이와 혼성화를 이루는 올리고뉴클레오티드가 혼성화되어 있는, 혼성화 영역을 포함하는 이중가닥 핵산을 포함하고, 상기 이중가닥 핵산은 핵산 나노입자 구조체의 일면의 변을 구성하는 것인, 핵산 나노입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 약물 전달체는 약학적 활성 성분을 더 포함하는 것인, 약물 전달체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 약물 전달체; 및 상기 약물 전달체에 결합된 약학적 활성 성분;을 포함하는, 급성 신장 손상의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 약학 조성물은 상기 약물 전달체의 삼차원 자기조립 핵산 나노입자를 이루는 4개의 올리고뉴클레오티드 중 어느 하나의 3' 말단에 결합하는 D-DNA 또는 L-DNA를 포함하는 올리고뉴클레오티드; 상기 올리고뉴클레오티드에 혼성화되어 이중 결합을 형성하는 올리고뉴클레오티드; 및 상기 이중 결합을 형성하는 올리고뉴클레오티드에 결합된 약학적 활성 성분;을 포함하는 것인, 약학 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 약학적 활성 성분은 세포자가사멸(apoptosis) 경로를 상향조절하는 유전자를 억제하는 것인, 약학 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 세포자가사멸(apoptosis) 경로를 상향조절하는 유전자는 p53, Fas, TRAIL(tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand), TNF(tumor necrosis factor), 및 이들의 수용체(receptor), bcl-2 및 카스파제(caspase)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것인, 약학 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 p53인 것인, 약학 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 약학적 활성 성분은 siRNA인 것인, 약학 조성물.
- 제8항의 조성물을 인간을 제외한 개체에 투여하는 단계를 포함하는, 급성 신장 손상의 예방 또는 치료 방법.
