상기 다공성 불소계 수지층의 일면과 내부 기공에 형성되며, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 플루오로알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트의 공중합체를 포함하는 코팅층 및
상기 다공성 불소계 수지층의 코팅층이 형성되지 않은 면에 점착층이 적층된, 다공성 불소계 수지 복합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 불소계 수지층이 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르 공중합체, 테트라플루오르에틸렌-헥사플루오르프로필렌 공중합체, 에틸렌-테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-클로로트리플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 및 에틸렌-클로로트리플루오로에틸렌 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상으로 형성된, 다공성 불소계 수지 복합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 불소계 수지층의 코팅층이 형성된 면의 AATCC-118에 따라 측정된 발유도가 6 등급 이상이고, 코팅층이 형성되지 않은 면의 AATCC-118에 따라 측정된 발유도가 4 등급 이하인, 다공성 불소계 수지 복합체.
- 다공성 불소계 수지층의 일면에 탄소수 1 내지 10의 플루오로알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트의 공중합체 및 퍼플루오로알칸산을 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 코팅하는 단계; 및
상기 다공성 불소계 수지층의 코팅층이 형성되지 않은 면에 점착층을 적층하는 단계를 포함하는, 다공성 불소계 수지 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물은 탄소수 1 내지 10의 플루오로알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트의 공중합체를 2 내지 10 중량%로 포함하는, 다공성 불소계 수지 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오로알칸산은 탄소수 3 내지 10의 퍼플루오로알칸산인, 다공성 불소계 수지 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물은 퍼플루오로알칸산을 5 내지 15 중량%로 포함하는, 다공성 불소계 수지 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물은 아민 화합물을 추가로 포함하는, 다공성 불소계 수지 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 메이어 바 코팅 방식으로, 다공성 불소계 수지층의 아랫면에 위치한 코팅롤을 통해 다공성 불소계 수지층의 아랫면에 코팅 조성물을 도포하는, 다공성 불소계 수지 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 불소계 수지층의 일면에 도포되는 코팅 조성물의 함량은, 다공성 불소계 수지층의 두께, 다공성 불소계 수지층의 공극률 및 코팅 조성물의 밀도의 곱으로 계산되는 전체 도포량의 50 내지 80 중량%인, 다공성 불소계 수지 복합체의 제조 방법.
