도 2는 본 발명 이중 권선형 모터 제어장치의 구성도이다.

도 7은 인버터 스위치 중 하나의 이상시 토크의 파형도이다.
도 8은 도 7의 상태에서 상전류 및 축전류 파형도이다.
도 9 내지 도 12는 각각 인버터 스위치 중 한 상의 두 스위치 이상시 상전류 흐름도이다.
도 13은 인버터 스위치 중 한 상의 두 스위치 이상시 도 13은 모터 회전 각도에 따른 브레이킹 토크의 그래프이다.
도 14는 도 13의 상전류 및 축전류 파형도이다.
도 15는 모터의 권선과 접지 라인이 쇼트된 경우의 각도에 따른 브레이킹 토크를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (7)
- 이중 권선형 모터의 제1권선부 및 제2권선부에 상전류를 각각 공급하는 제1인버터 및 제2인버터;
상기 제1인버터 및 제2인버터 각각에 포함된 스위치들을 구동하며, 제1인버터 또는 제2인버터의 스위치 이상 여부 및 상기 제1권선부 및 제2권선부의 권선 이상 여부를 검출하는 게이트 드라이버; 및
스위치 또는 권선 이상에 따른 토크 리플 양상에 대응하여 토크 리플을 감쇄하는 전류 지령을 출력하는 모터 제어 유닛을 포함하는 이중 권선형 모터 제어장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모터 제어 유닛은,
쇼트된 스위치의 위치에 따라 서로 다른 형태의 토크 리플 정보를 저장하고,
상기 게이트 드라이버로부터 쇼트가 발생된 스위치의 정보가 수신되면,
상기 쇼트가 발생된 스위치 정보에 따른 전류 제어를 수행하는 이중 권선형 모터 제어장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모터 제어 유닛은,
상기 제1권선부 또는 제2권선부의 권선이 접지에 쇼트되었을 때와 권선간 쇼트되었을 때의 토크 리플 정보를 저장하고,
상기 게이트 드라이버에서 검출된 전류에 따라 권선과 접지간 쇼트 또는 권선과 권선의 쇼트를 구분하여 전류 제어를 수행하는 이중 권선형 모터 제어장치. - a) 모터 제어 유닛에 이상 발생 유형에 따른 토크 리플 정보와 토크 리플의 형태에 따른 전류 제어 명령을 저장하는 단계;
b) 게이트 드라이버에서 인버터 또는 권선부에서 이상이 발생했는지 검출하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 b) 단계에서 검출된 이상의 유형에 따라 상기 모터 제어 유닛에서 전류 제어 명령을 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 이중 권선형 모터 제어방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계에서 이상 발생 유형은 인버터 또는 권선부의 이상이며,
상기 인버터의 이상 발생 유형은 포함된 스위치들 중 쇼트가 발생한 스위치의 위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 권선형 모터 제어방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계에서 이상 발생 유형은 인버터 또는 권선부의 이상이며,
상기 권선부의 이상 발생 유형은 권선과 접지간 쇼트 또는 권선간 쇼트인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 권선형 모터 제어방법. - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 b) 단계는,
상전류 또는 역기전압을 검출하여 이상 발생 유형을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 권선형 모터 제어방법.
