Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 V2X 통신을 이용한 차량의 자율주행 시스템의 구성을 도시한 블록도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 서로 교차하는 신호등의 신호 정보를 비교하여 신호 오류를 판단하는 알고리즘을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.

Claims (19)
- 교차로에 설치된 복수의 신호등에 대한 신호 정보를 획득하는 단계;
상기 획득된 신호 정보 중 서로 교차하거나 대향하는 적어도 2개의 신호등에 대한 신호 정보를 비교하여 상기 복수의 신호등 중 적어도 하나의 신호 오류를 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 판단 결과에 따라 자차의 주행경로를 재설정하는 단계;를 포함하는, V2X 통신을 이용한 차량의 자율주행 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 획득하는 단계는,
V2X 통신을 통해 상기 자차 주변의 노변장치로부터 상기 신호 정보를 수신하는, V2X 통신을 이용한 차량의 자율주행 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 판단하는 단계는,
상기 자차의 진행방향을 기준으로 서로 대향하는 복수의 신호등 중 적어도 하나가 녹색 신호 또는 좌회전 신호이고,

상기 재설정하는 단계는,
상기 복수의 신호등 중 적어도 하나가 신호 오류인 것으로 판단되면, 상기 교차로로 접근하는 주변차량들에 대한 경로정보를 수신하는 단계; 및
상기 수신된 주변차량들의 경로정보에 기초하여 차량과 주변차량들 간의 충돌 가능성을 분석하고 상기 교차로를 우회하기 위한 대체경로를 생성하는 단게;를 더 포함하는, V2X 통신을 이용한 차량의 자율주행 방법. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 대체경로를 생성하는 단계는,
상기 차량 내에 탑재된 GPS 수신기와 정밀지도 DB를 통해 상기 차량이 현재 주행 중인 차로정보를 획득하고, 상기 차로정보를 토대로 상기 차량에 인접한 경유지점을 탐색하여 미리 설정된 목적지까지 주행 가능한 경로를 재설정하는, V2X 통신을 이용한 차량의 자율주행 방법. - 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 경유지점은,
상기 교차로에서 비보호 유턴 및 우회전 중 적어도 하나가 가능한 지점을 포함하는, V2X 통신을 이용한 차량의 자율주행 방법. - 제7 항에 있어서,

상기 판단 결과에 따라 상기 차량의 주행경로를 재설정하는 경로 계획부;를 포함하는, V2X 통신을 이용한 차량의 자율주행 시스템. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 통신부는,
V2X 통신을 통해 상기 차량 주변의 노변장치로부터 상기 신호 정보를 수신하는, V2X 통신을 이용한 차량의 자율주행 시스템. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 신호오류 판단부는,
상기 차량의 진행방향을 기준으로 서로 대향하는 복수의 신호등 중 적어도 하나가 녹색 신호 또는 좌회전 신호이고,
상기 차량의 진행방향과 교차하는 방향으로 서로 대향하는 복수의 신호등 중 적어도 하나가 녹색 신호 또는 좌회전 신호이면, 신호 오류인 것으로 판단하는, V2X 통신을 이용한 차량의 자율주행 시스템. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 신호오류 판단부는,
상기 차량의 진행방향을 기준으로 서로 대향하는 복수의 신호등 중 어느 하나가 좌회전 신호이고, 나머지 하나가 녹색 신호이면, 신호 오류인 것으로 판단하는, V2X 통신을 이용한 차량의 자율주행 시스템. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 신호오류 판단부는,
상기 차량의 진행방향과 교차하는 방향으로 서로 대향하는 복수의 신호등 중 어느 하나가 좌회전 신호이고, 나머지 하나가 녹색 신호이면, 신호 오류인 것으로 판단하는, V2X 통신을 이용한 차량의 자율주행 시스템. - 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 경로 계획부는,
상기 복수의 신호등 중 적어도 하나가 신호 오류인 것으로 판단되면, 상기 V2X 통신을 통해 상기 교차로로 접근하는 주변차량들에 대한 경로정보를 수신하고,
상기 주변차량들의 경로정보를 토대로 차량과 주변차량들 간의 충돌 가능성을 분석하여 상기 교차로를 우회하기 위한 대체경로를 생성하는, V2X 통신을 이용한 차량의 자율주행 시스템. - 제16 항에 있어서,
상기 경로 계획부는,
상기 차량 내에 탑재된 GPS 수신기와 정밀지도 DB를 통해 상기 차량이 현재 주행 중인 차로정보를 획득하고, 상기 차로정보를 토대로 상기 차량에 인접한 경유지점을 탐색하여 미리 설정된 목적지까지 주행 가능한 경로를 재설정하는, V2X 통신을 이용한 차량의 자율주행 시스템. - 제17 항에 있어서,
상기 경유지점은,
상기 교차로에서 비보호 유턴 및 우회전 중 적어도 하나가 가능한 지점을 포함하는, V2X 통신을 이용한 차량의 자율주행 시스템. - 제17 항에 있어서,
상기 경로 계획부는,
상기 차량이 상기 탐색된 경유지점으로 이동이 불가한 경우, 상기 목적지를 안전지대로 변경하여 비상경로를 생성하는, V2X 통신을 이용한 차량의 자율주행 시스템.
