Claims (14)
- 유체 작업 장치의 유체의 유입 및/또는 유출을 위한 파일럿 작동식 압력 제어 밸브(100)로서,
- 유체 작업 장치에 연결하기 위한 유출구(104),
- 상기 압력 제어 밸브(100) 내로 유체의 유입을 위한 유입구(102),
- 상기 작업 장치로부터 유체의 유출을 위해, 상기 유출구(104)로부터 압력 싱크(108)로의 유출 연결부(106),
- 상기 유출 연결부(106)를 개방 및/또는 폐쇄하는 유출 밸브 시트(110),
- 상기 압력 제어 밸브(100)의 유입구(102)와 유출구(104) 사이의 유입 연결부(112),
- 상기 유입 연결부(112)를 개방 및/또는 폐쇄하는 유입 밸브 시트(114),
- 제 1 위치와 제 2 위치 사이에서 이동할 수 있도록 설계된 스위칭 피스톤(120), 및
- 상기 스위칭 피스톤(120)을 상기 제 1 위치로부터 상기 제 2 위치로 이동하기 위한 작동 장치(130)를 포함하고,
상기 스위칭 피스톤(120)은 상기 제 1 위치에서, 상기 작동 장치(130)와 접촉하지 않은 상태에서, 상기 유출 밸브 시트(110)를 개방하고 상기 유입 밸브 시트(114)를 폐쇄하며, 제 2 위치에서는 상기 유출 밸브 시트(110)를 폐쇄하고 상기 유입 밸브 시트(114)를 개방하며,
- 상기 유출 연결부(106)는 상기 스위칭 피스톤(120)의 내부에 적어도 부분적으로 연장되고, 상기 유입 연결부(112)는 상기 스위칭 피스톤(120)의 외부에서 상기 유출 연결부(106)와 동축으로 적어도 부분적으로 연장되며,
- 상기 유출 밸브 시트(110)와 상기 유입 밸브 시트(114)는 상기 스위칭 피스톤(120)의 유동 방향(D)으로 서로 이격되어 배치되며 상기 유출 밸브 시트(110)의 단면(111)과 상기 유입 밸브 시트(114)의 단면(115)은 유동 방향(D)에서 대략 동일한 직경을 갖는, 압력 제어 밸브(100). - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 피스톤(120)은 유입 밸브 시트 요소(140)와 유출 밸브 시트 요소(150)를 포함하고, 상기 요소들은 길이 방향 단면도로 볼 때 각각 T 자형인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 제어 밸브(100).
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 유입 밸브 시트 요소(140)는 상기 유출 밸브 시트 요소(150)의 섹션(152)을 위한 리셉터클(142)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 제어 밸브(100).
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 리셉터클(142)은 상기 유입 밸브 시트 요소(140)의 밀봉 요소(148) 내부에 방사상으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 제어 밸브(100).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유입 밸브 시트 요소(140)에 제 1 압축 스프링(144)이 배치되고, 상기 압축 스프링의 힘 효과는 상기 스위칭 피스톤(120)이 상기 제 2 위치로 이동될 때 이동 운동과 반대로 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 제어 밸브(100).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 작동 장치(130)는 상기 유출 밸브 시트 요소(110)를 폐쇄하도록 설계된 밀봉 요소(132)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 제어 밸브(100).
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 요소(132)는 평평한 디자인을 가지며, 상기 작동 장치(130)의 리셉터클(134) 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 제어 밸브(100).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 제어 밸브(100)는 상기 스위칭 피스톤(120)을 상기 제 1 위치와 상기 제 2 위치 사이에서 이동할 때 측 방향으로 안내하는 가이드 요소(146)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 제어 밸브(100).
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 제 2 압축 스프링(136)이 상기 작동 장치(130)와 상기 가이드 요소(146) 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 제어 밸브(100).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유출 밸브 시트 요소(150)의 유동 단면은 상기 유출 밸브 시트(110)로부터 시작하여 상기 유입 밸브 시트(114)의 방향으로 적어도 부분적으로 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 제어 밸브(100).
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 유동 단면의 감소는 연속적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 제어 밸브(100).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 작동 장치(130)는 상기 제 1 위치에 배치된 상기 스위칭 피스톤(120)에 놓인 상태에서 상기 유출 밸브 시트(110) 및 상기 유출 밸브 시트(114)를 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 제어 밸브(100).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유입 밸브 시트 요소(140) 및 상기 유출 밸브 시트 요소(150)는 금속 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 제어 밸브(100).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 작동 장치(130)는 유체로 작동 가능한 다이어프램 밸브로서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 제어 밸브(100).
